(6) Weather conditions

According to the investigation, on July 14th, Chuzhou was sunny and cloudy, with the lowest temperature of 26 degrees Celsius and the highest temperature of 37 degrees Celsius. The southerly wind changed from 3-4 to 1-2, and the relative humidity was 0.91%.

Second, after the accident

As only one person was present at the scene when the incident occurred, it was impossible to know the scene conditions at the time of the incident by asking others. Only by reading the video data of the monitoring probe on the wall of Ziwei Tianyue Community in the south of the incident site, the situation at the time of the incident can be restored:

At 10: 34 a.m. on July 14th, 2021, three workers packed up materials, tools and other sundries on the west side of the prefabricated house. Liu Moudong was naked and wearing slippers to watch, and then returned to the prefabricated house. The three workers also left the scene successively.

At 10: 36: 29, Liu Moudong went to the accident site on the south side of the prefabricated house to check the cable situation (according to the investigation, on the morning of the accident, an excavator passed by the south side of the prefabricated house, which may have broken the cable on the ground). At that time, two workers also walked nearby, suspected to discuss the power failure of the cable. Subsequently, Liu Moudong returned to the board room and took the electrician’s pliers, and connected the electricity at the broken end of the cable. When the electricity was connected, he was shocked by the current. After the connection, Liu Moudong returned to the movable board room; During the period, two workers watched the electricity connection, and then they also entered the movable board room;

At 10: 41: 56, two workers left the prefabricated house;

At 10: 43: 29, Liu Moudong came out of the prefabricated room, holding a vise and a red plastic bag in his hand, came to the broken line, wrapped his hand in a plastic bag, and began to connect the cable. During this period, he was shocked twice and returned to the prefabricated room after the connection;

At 10: 46: 40, Liu Moudong came out of the movable board room again and connected the electricity to the broken end of the cable again;

At 10: 50: 11, a worker dressed in black came to the scene and stood by to watch Liu Moudong connect the electricity; At 10: 50: 24, the worker left the scene;

At 10: 51: 27, Liu Moudong was shocked to the ground when he bent down to connect the cable again, and never stood up again. At this time, no one else was seen at the scene.

At about 11 o’clock, workers Duan Mocai and Wang Mogen of the project department cleared the scene at the construction site of the third phase of Longpanhe Park on Fengyang North Road. The main job was to tidy up the steel pipes. At 11 o’clock in the morning, the two came to the construction site and prepared to have lunch in the prefabricated room (usually the prefabricated room is used as a canteen, and the deceased Liu Moudong is responsible for making lunch). Entering the room from the door on the north side of the prefabricated house, Liu Moudong was not found (normally, Liu Moudong would cook meals in the prefabricated house at this time) and the air conditioner in the room was not turned on. Duan only walked to the south side of the prefabricated house, and he saw Liu Moudong lying on his back on the ground 5 or 6 meters away from the prefabricated house. He walked in and saw Liu Moudong holding a black wire under his head with his left hand, and his right hand was naturally stretched out beside him. The whole person was pale and pale. Later, Duan used a stick to pick up the wire from Liu Moudong and cut off the power, and called 120 emergency number (the time was 11:07). The 120 ambulance arrived at the scene soon. After examination by the emergency doctor, the injured person had no vital signs and was declared dead. Duan Mou called 110 again. Soon, the Chuzhou Public Security Bureau rushed to the scene by the police of Wenfeng Road Police Station of the Development Zone Branch to investigate the scene and bring the relevant personnel to the police station for inquiries.

Iii. Emergency Response and Rescue of Accidents

After the accident, at 11: 08 am, Liu Mouqiang, who was returning the rented steel pipe outside, immediately took a taxi to the scene of the accident after receiving a phone call from Wang; At 11: 20, Liu Mouqiang called Liu Mouqing (180XXXX9100), the budget officer of the project department, to report the accident. After Liu Mouqiang arrived at the scene of the accident, Cheng Mou, the person in charge of the project department, Ni Mou, the material buyer of the team, and other personnel had arrived at the scene. At that time, the 120 ambulance had gone back, but the 110 police were still on the scene. Subsequently, the forensic doctor rushed to the scene to conduct an on-site autopsy. Subsequently, the police informed the funeral home to transport the deceased to the funeral home, and Liu Mouqiang went to the funeral home with the car to sign.

At 15: 54 on the same day, Hang Moupeng, director of the key department, received a WeChat from Dou Mouwen, the municipal government office, asking whether there was an accident in the third phase of Longpanhe Park. Hang Moupeng transferred the WeChat to Ding Mouming, member of the Party Committee of the key department and director of the municipal facilities management center (in charge of the public utilities department and the garden landscape management center of the key department), asking him to verify the accident. Ding Mouming, who was in a meeting, asked Fang Mougou, director of the Landscape Management Center, about the accident at the first time. Fang Mougou replied that he didn’t know the accident either, so Ding Mouming asked Fang Mougou to rush to the scene to understand the accident. After the meeting, he rushed to the Longpan River Project Department at 16: 25, and called the supervision department of the key department on the way to ask them to rush to the Longpan River Project Department. At 15: 58, on the way to the Longpan River Project Department, Wang Mougu received a phone call from Zhang Mouru, the public utility department of the key department, saying that something had happened to the third phase of the Longpan River Park, and Wang Mougu rushed to the project department. Other relevant personnel also rushed to Longpanhe Project Department after learning the information. After understanding the preliminary situation of the accident, Li Mounan reported to Wang Mogu. After Ding Moming arrived at the scene, he asked to set up a special work class immediately: one is to inquire about the accident in detail, and the other is to urge the project department to do a good job in the aftermath. At the same time, Ding Mouming arranged for Zhang, deputy director of the office of the Garden Landscape Management Service Center, to report the accident to the Municipal Emergency Bureau, and Zhang Jun telephoned the Municipal Emergency Bureau at 16: 59.

After receiving the accident report, the relevant leaders of the Municipal Emergency Management Bureau led the relevant personnel to rush to the scene of the accident, investigate the scene of the accident and guide the aftermath of the accident.

On July 17th, Kaijin Company reached a compensation agreement with the family of the deceased. The aftermath of the accident was handled in a timely manner, and there was no incident that affected social stability.

From the process of this emergency response, Longpanhe Project Department’s post-site protection was good, but the site was not properly handled, the emergency plan was not started in time, and the information was not submitted in time.

How to increase the limit of online bank transfer?

In today’s digital financial era, online bank transfer has become one of the important ways of people’s daily capital transactions. However, sometimes the bank’s default online bank transfer limit may not meet the needs of individuals or enterprises. So, how to increase the online bank transfer limit?

First of all, it needs to be clear that different banks may have different regulations and procedures for increasing the online bank transfer limit. But generally speaking, the following methods are more common:

Go to the bank counter: this is a more direct and effective way. Bring your valid ID card and bank card, go to the bank’s business outlets and apply to the staff to increase the online bank transfer limit. The staff will evaluate your account, credit history and other factors, and handle the corresponding procedures for you.

Apply through online banking or mobile banking: Some banks provide the function of online application to increase the transfer limit. You can log in to online banking or mobile banking, look for options such as "transfer limit adjustment" in relevant settings or service pages, and follow the system prompts. Generally, you need to fill in some necessary information, such as your identity information, contact information, and the amount of the limit you are applying for.

Upgrade the level of bank accounts: Some banks will classify their accounts into different levels according to the customer’s account activity, capital scale and other factors, and different levels of accounts will enjoy different transfer limits. By increasing the capital flow of the account and handling more financial services, the account level will be upgraded, so as to obtain a higher transfer limit.

Provide relevant supporting materials: If your transfer demand is large, the bank may ask you to provide relevant supporting materials, such as income certificate and transaction contract, to prove the rationality and necessity of increasing your transfer limit.

Let’s take the transfer limit adjustment method of a bank and another bank as an example to make a simple comparison for you:

Bank name Adjustment mode Required materials Processing time A bank Counter handling and online banking application Id card, bank card and proof of income (if necessary) Counter processing takes effect immediately, and online banking application takes 1-3 working days. Another bank Counter handling, mobile banking application ID card, bank card and transaction contract (if necessary) Counter processing takes effect immediately, and mobile banking application takes 2 working days.

It should be noted that in the process of increasing the online bank transfer limit of banks, it is necessary to ensure the security of their own accounts and not to disclose account information and passwords at will. At the same time, rationally plan the use of funds to avoid potential risks caused by excessive transfer limit.

In short, to improve the online bank transfer limit of banks, it is necessary to choose the appropriate method according to the bank’s regulations and its own actual situation, and operate according to the corresponding process. I hope the above contents are helpful to you.

Financial war "epidemic", monetary policy in action! More than 2,600 enterprises have obtained preferential interest rate loans exceeding 100 billion yuan.

Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic, the whole country has been engaged in the "epidemic". As the blood of the real economy, finance also plays a "strong backing" function, providing "blood transfusion and oxygen supply" for fighting the epidemic and resuming production. Among them, the central bank launched a special refinancing policy at the end of January, providing a total of 300 billion yuan of low-cost special refinancing funds to nine national banks and some local corporate banks in 10 key provinces (cities) such as Hubei, and supporting financial institutions to provide preferential interest rate loans to key enterprises responding to the epidemic, so as to accurately support the supply of key materials and daily necessities for epidemic prevention and control.

Due to the favorable interest rate of special refinancing, the central bank requires financial institutions to provide loans to enterprises on the list at preferential interest rates. The upper limit of interest rate is the latest published one-year loan market quotation rate (LPR) minus 100 basis points, which is currently 3.05%, and encourages financial institutions to provide loans at lower interest rates. In addition, the Ministry of Finance will give 50% discount to key enterprises according to the actual interest rate of loans to ensure that the actual financing cost of enterprises falls below 1.6%.

Up to now, it has been one month since the introduction of the special refinancing policy. What is the implementation of the policy?

According to the data learned by the reporter from the central bank, as of March 2, financial institutions used special refinancing to issue loans of 117.3 billion yuan to 2,674 listed enterprises, with a weighted average interest rate of 2.57%, which realized the effective transmission of preferential interest rates to key enterprises. Among them, 9 national banks issued loans of 69.9 billion yuan to 1232 national key enterprises, with a weighted average interest rate of 2.43%; Local corporate banks and six national banks issued loans of 47.3 billion yuan to 1442 local key enterprises, with a weighted average interest rate of 2.79%.

The industry generally believes that the special refinancing policy accurately and quickly supports financial institutions to expand credit supply to key enterprises in epidemic prevention and control, which is of great significance for key enterprises to start work and resume production as soon as possible, and meet the financial needs of epidemic prevention and control as soon as possible. It is an important measure for monetary policy to take the initiative and respond positively and support winning the epidemic prevention and control war.

As an innovative structural monetary policy tool, the special re-lending policy embodies the word "accuracy" in the way of fund distribution and management, and strengthens the fund guarantee for key enterprises.

In terms of capital investment management, the People’s Bank of China implements the list management of key enterprises to ensure that special refinancing is accurately invested in front-line enterprises that directly support epidemic prevention. Key enterprises include enterprises that produce, transport and sell key medical prevention and control materials and daily necessities, such as enterprises that produce medical masks, medical goggles, sterilizers, disinfectant and other products to deal with the epidemic. Specifically, it includes two categories. One is the national key enterprise, which is determined by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology; Second, local key enterprises are determined by the provincial governments of key provinces (cities).

In the way of fund distribution, the reimbursement system of "loan first and then borrow" is adopted for special refinancing. Financial institutions first issue loans that meet the requirements to key enterprises, and then apply to the People’s Bank for special refinancing, ensuring that the special refinancing funds are invested more accurately. In terms of the progress of fund distribution, the central bank issued special re-loans to banks on a weekly basis, and the first batch of special re-loans was issued on February 10. As of March 4, the People’s Bank of China issued a special refinancing loan of 184 billion yuan as the initial fund to promote financial institutions to issue preferential interest rate loans quickly.

In the face of epidemic, time is life. Liu Guoqiang, deputy governor of the People’s Bank of China, previously requested that financial institutions should, in principle, issue loans in place within one day or at most two days after obtaining the list of enterprises. From the practice of financial institutions, banks generally open green channels, simplify the examination and approval process, and organize loans efficiently, among which the fastest one can complete the capital investment in only 8 hours.

In the key areas of the epidemic, the policy has already taken the lead in landing quickly. Wuhan Branch of the People’s Bank of China has designated Hubei Bank, Hankou Bank and Wuhan Rural Commercial Bank as special refinancing targets, and established a rapid approval mechanism for special refinancing and a daily loan issuance system, which has effectively met the capital needs of 123 key enterprises in Hubei epidemic prevention and control. For example, the Three Gorges Branch of ICBC issued a one-year loan of 200 million yuan to Ogilvy & Mather Medical Products Company with an interest rate of 3.15% to support enterprises to expand production and make full efforts to make medical protective masks. Guangzhou Branch of the People’s Bank of China will speed up the issuance of special refinancing loans, and realize the same-day application, the same-day approval and the same-day receipt. Hangzhou Branch of the People’s Bank of China urged financial institutions to fully cover the capital needs of key enterprises and support them one by one.

Special refinancing has a large number and low price, which is emergency money and life-saving money. How to balance efficiency and safety and ensure that "good steel is used in the cutting edge"?

In this regard, in addition to the role of the enterprise list system as the first pass, financial institutions should also ensure the issuance of preferential loans. The People’s Bank of China requires financial institutions to strictly examine and approve and issue loans quickly, and the purpose of loans should comply with the relevant provisions of the People’s Bank of China, so as to ensure that special refinancing funds are used for the production and business activities needed by key enterprises to prevent and control the epidemic situation at the first time. At the same time, the People’s Bank of China requires financial institutions to establish electronic ledgers and track and check the use of funds. In addition, the Audit Commission also strengthened follow-up supervision on the use of special refinancing funds to prevent the funds from "leaking". (Reporter Li Guohui correspondent Song Wei)

  No

  Answer: No.

Analysis:"New Year’s Eve" refers to the last night at the end of the year, not just the New Year’s Eve. The Chinese lunar calendar was compiled by the ancients according to the change of the moon’s round and round, so there are big and small months, the big month is 30 days and the small month is 29 days. This year’s twelfth lunar month coincides with the small moon, only 29 days, so there is no New Year’s Eve.

Agent policy adjustment, Huawei Cloud is going to start making money?

Text | Light Cone Intelligence, by Yu-qi Liu

After 2014, Huawei has set up two business divisions under the name of BU.

The first is a cloud, and the second is a car.

These two businesses have several common characteristics: First, they both represent the future trend, which is the track that Huawei focuses on betting, and the organizational function is higher than the product line. However, the current market size and organizational needs of the business are not up to the size and level of BG.

Cloud business is such a sexy but difficult business for Huawei. Although Huawei Cloud started at the latest, it has the fastest growth rate. According to Gartner’s global cloud market research report released in 2021, Huawei’s global IaaS market ranking rose to the top two in China and the top five in the world.

In the past three years, Huawei Cloud has been rushing all the way, and it has quickly seized market share with big customers such as government and enterprises. Recently, however, judging from the series of actions of Huawei Cloud, it seems that there is a tendency to slow down.

Recently, "Light Cone Intelligence" learned exclusively that Huawei Cloud is adjusting its agent policy, and it is suspected that it will tighten the commission rebate ratio and cancel the "20% discount authority", which means that many small and medium-sized customers can no longer enjoy the 20% discount policy. But at present, the specific rules have not yet been announced.

In fact, as early as the end of 2021, some agents were informed that Huawei would adjust its policy on January 1, 2022, but somehow it was not implemented at that time.

"Light Cone Intelligence" visited Huawei Cloud officially, and after the policy adjustment, the proportion of rebates is suspected to be lower, which means that the profits distributed to agents will become less. In this regard, multiple cloud agents intelligently represent the light cone:"In terms of cost performance, Huawei Cloud is not as good as Tencent Cloud. If the proportion of rebates is reduced, the motivation to recommend Huawei Cloud to customers will be lower."

In addition to policy tightening, the timing of this adjustment is also quite interesting.

Last week, Huawei released its operating results for the first quarter of 2022, achieving sales revenue of 131 billion yuan, a decrease of 21.2 billion yuan compared with 152.2 billion yuan in the same period last year, down 13.9% year-on-year; Not only that, Huawei’s net interest rate also dropped from 11.1% in the same period last year to the current 4.3%, down as high as 6.8 percentage points year-on-year.

All kinds of data show that after being forced to cut off the most profitable consumer business, Huawei is facing severe commercialization pressure and is desperately looking for new commercialization growth points.

It takes a thousand days to raise soldiers. At this time, it may be time for the two "BUs" to stir up the girders.

In the face of two businesses with a future valuation of hundreds of billions of dollars, compared with building a car, cloud computing is the unlisted Huawei’s most "instant" money-making business.

In 2019, Huawei Cloud Computing Technology Co., Ltd. was established. Huawei Cloud & AI(Cloud & AI) was originally headed by Xiahou Jinlong in the east, and Huawei Cloud was officially upgraded to the company’s fourth largest business group: Cloud & AI BG.

Many people are curious, how did Huawei Cloud rise rapidly? Many "customers" and agents of Huawei Cloud may be able to answer this question.

There is a popular saying in the circle of cloud computing, that Alibaba Cloud takes the double eleven peak exam every year, Tencent Cloud supports students to fight the glory of the king, and Huawei Cloud supports more and more star divorces on Weibo.

In fact, for Huawei Cloud, government and enterprise customers are strong points, but how to deal with Internet KA customers and small and medium-sized enterprises like Weibo is the real place to compete with tigers.

An insider who once worked in a portal revealed to Light Cone Intelligence: "Huawei is the largest sponsor of the 2020 Summit. Later, I learned that it turned out that the underlying cloud service of this portal was switched from Tencent Cloud to Huawei Cloud. for exchange, Huawei Cloud promised to convert all the expenses of the first year into advertising fees and put them into the portal. "

Cloud services are basically renewed on an annual basis, and late renewal is an important source of income. The migration cost of large customers is also very high. If there are no very serious bugs, it will not be easily switched on the premise of ensuring performance.

In the small and medium-sized customer groups, Huawei borrows the power of agents and leverages its strength.

For cloud vendors, the importance of agents for them to cut into the SME market is self-evident. Agents are required to complete pre-sales, after-sales delivery, maintenance and other actions. Recruiting agents can also help reduce the task pressure, so whether it is the original factory, the general generation, the first-class agents or the second-class agents, they are all developing their subordinates crazily.Alibaba Cloud and Huawei Cloud have recruited nearly 3,000 first-class agents all over the country, and they have not stopped yet.

Among them, Weishi Jiajie is also the agent of Alibaba Cloud and Huawei Cloud, and its insiders told Guangcone Intelligent that the company is divided into two cloud divisions, but the style of play is not the same. In recent years, Alibaba Cloud has paid more attention to profits and rarely fought price wars. However, in order to seize the market, Huawei Cloud will use the highest possible discount to grab customers, and the company will earn less; At the same time, the discount rebate offered by Huawei Yunyuan manufacturers is 5%-10% more than that of Alibaba Cloud.

According to Guangcone Intelligence, at present, the rebate rate of Huawei Yunyue is about 25%, and it will be 3% at the end of the year after more than 1 million yuan, and the subsequent customers will renew their fees, and the rebate rate will remain unchanged. Alibaba Cloud, on the other hand, has reduced the rebate rate of users’ renewal fees by about 8%, so the agents in the early stage are more willing to recommend Huawei Cloud.

The discount policy for agents in Alibaba Cloud is 28%, and Huawei Cloud is 20% before this adjustment, and the overall pricing in Alibaba Cloud is higher. After the discount, Huawei Cloud is more cost-effective.

Not only that, a few years ago, Huawei Cloud also rapidly expanded the scale of its agents through the zero threshold policy. At present, Alibaba Cloud has about 10,000 agents in China, and Tencent Cloud official website data shows that there are nearly 8,000 agents, while Huawei Cloud has rapidly expanded to 8,000 agents after being seven years late, which is even with Tencent Cloud.

According to Alibaba Cloud’s official recruitment standards for agents, Alibaba Cloud Agency Company requires a registered capital of 1 million yuan, no less than 20 employees, and a technical team of more than 2 people. At the same time, it also requires a certain number of salespeople who have passed the ACE test and a deposit of 10,000 yuan. However, Huawei Cloud individuals and enterprise secondary dealers have no requirements for capital injection, company employees and deposit, which is almost zero threshold. Only enterprise-level elite dealers have a registered capital of 100,000 yuan and an annual sales limit of 100,000 yuan.

The rapid expansion of the scale of agents with such a low threshold has given agents a certain impetus and achieved initial results in a short time. A customer of Huawei Cloud shared with Guangcone Smart: "For a while, Huawei’s marketing was very hot. At that time, several waves of Huawei agents came to our company to talk about business. Our main business is overseas, so the cost of using Amazon cloud is about 10 million a year. After evaluating Huawei Cloud in the later stage, the result was not bad, and it was decided to migrate part of the business to Huawei Cloud. "

However, although it has caught up with the number of agents in a short time, it still has a certain distance from Alibaba Cloud in terms of scale. Among the more than 10,000 agents in Alibaba Cloud, there are clear grades and KPI settings. The performance of small agents ranges from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands a year, and that of large agents can be around 100-200 million a year. However, there are mostly small and medium-sized agents in Huawei Cloud, and there are almost no agents with a performance of more than 80 million a year.

It is this two-pronged approach that makes Huawei Cloud rise rapidly.

Surprisingly, Huawei Cloud seems to be less popular in this year’s agent market.

A second-level agent told Guangcone Intelligence: "Small companies go to the cloud, in fact, all three can meet the basic functions, such as user data, OA, and back-end ERP. These functions are very mature in the cloud. In contrast, customers with greater concessions, higher cost performance and low budget are more willing to choose Tencent Cloud."

Originally, strong discounts were one of the means for Huawei Cloud to cut into the market. However, since last year, various agents in Lu Yun have been involved, and even Alibaba Cloud, which is not very favorable, has begun to offer discounts. In 618, Double Eleven and Double Twelve, new users have been introduced at a fixed price, and there are even group activities.

Not only did everyone start activities, but the basic price was also "copied" by Tencent Cloud. According to the above-mentioned agents, Tencent Cloud with 4 cores, 8G and 5MB configurations has an annual fee of more than 1k, and can also get a 20% discount on this basis, while Huawei with the same configuration costs about 5k.

"It is more cost-effective for the company to use Tencent Cloud," said the agent. "Under the epidemic situation, the first consideration for everyone is cost performance. Now Huawei Cloud is not recommended unless customers take the initiative to consult."

And this is not the judgment of an agent. After consulting a number of cloudy agents, Guangcone Intelligent found that for small companies, people prefer to recommend Tencent Cloud, while larger companies are not short of money and often choose Alibaba Cloud. This makes the position of Huawei Cloud very embarrassing.

In the case that the agent market has been cold, Huawei Cloud tightened its policy again, which also surprised suppliers.

Some agents speculate that Huawei Cloud has gone through the first stage of "taking volume and paving the market", and then it may have to recover some profits to serve its customers. "After all, Alibaba Cloud has developed for more than ten years, and the first-Mover advantage is obvious. Huawei Cloud cannot really understand the needs of SME users through agents, and cannot be a small enterprise with the idea of serving big customers."

On the one hand, it is to make money, and more importantly, it is to start from business and be close to users.

However, Tencent Cloud is in hot pursuit, and Alibaba Cloud is also struggling to grab food in government and enterprise business.

In the article "Cai Yinghua Airborne, Alibaba Cloud Unified Sales", Guangcone Intelligent found that the last personnel structure adjustment in Alibaba Cloud quickly closed the reporting relationship of sales line M6, which also meant that the sales team was more systematic and large-scale. Under such adjustment, the business side paid more attention to pan-government business, regional sinking and industry deepening.

This is the hinterland of Huawei Cloud.

At that time, we sorted out the government’s bid-winning projects in Alibaba Cloud in 2021 and 2022, and compared the bid-winning projects in Alibaba Cloud. We found that although the number of projects was similar, many large projects were taken away by Alibaba Cloud.

For example, on April 12, 2022, Ningbo Radio and Television Group purchased Ningju Public Cloud Project, with a target amount of 8.55 billion. According to informed sources, Huawei Cloud was suspected to have bid for this project, but it was finally awarded to Alibaba Cloud.

However, it can also be seen from the bidding project that compared with Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud is more focused on building a government cloud and a smart city, and cooperation with operators is also a unique advantage.

Although Tencent Cloud grabbed small and medium-sized customers at low prices before, and then Alibaba Cloud’s "poaching" government project, Huawei Cloud is still struggling to break through.

For Huawei Cloud, its shortcomings are as obvious as its advantages.

The advantage is that the hardware is hard enough. Compared with the other two companies, Huawei started with hardware, and its supporting product line is relatively long, including hardware products such as servers, storage and networks, which have self-research capabilities and strong market position. Service operators, government and people’s livelihood and other "business-critical" customers have rich experience and have always considered stability. Because of this, many big Internet vendors have gradually started to migrate to Huawei Cloud, such as Weibo.

However, the "imperfect" shortcomings of its software and service ecology have also been exposed in recent years, and the missing business scenarios within the group will take a long time to polish.

"Ali can polish the cloud solution with its own huge ecological practice; Tencent Cloud allows small program developers who settle in WeChat to choose their services; Microsoft started with software and services such as office and Dynamics, and started in ‘ Andy Beer’s Law ’ Occupy the upstream of the industrial chain, you can cloud your own enterprise software and services at once. The advantages of these opponents need Huawei Cloud to find ways to make up for it. " A former employee of Microsoft Azure Cloud once analyzed in an interview with 36kr.

If there is no business scenario, then create a business scenario. If it is difficult to cut in at home in a short time, then take the overseas line.

At the end of April this year, Huawei Cloud launched a cross-border e-commerce platform to explore new strategies and new paths for cross-border e-commerce enterprises together with nearly 100 enterprises and institutions in the cross-border e-commerce field.

At present, cross-border e-commerce merchants do encounter many problems in their business operations. It is not uncommon for apps to be removed from the shelves and frozen. They need a stronger and more stable "backing" to support the sea.The platform for cross-border e-commerce released this time also revealed another idea, namely SaaS and productization.

Huawei Cloud has transformed the scenes needed by cross-border e-commerce from site decoration, commodity management, order management, cross-border payment and logistics inquiry into instantly available products. Merchants have customized styles, dashboards and equipped with various payment plug-ins and logistics tracking, trying to fill in the previous business scenes and software shortcomings.

Huawei Cloud is also trying to enter Ali’s e-commerce hinterland.

On the other hand, under the cloudy trend, Huawei Cloud has also ushered in new opportunities.

The trend of cloudy deployment is becoming more and more obvious, which is not only safer, but also more efficient by integrating various performance boards.

"In the future, for enterprises, choosing a cloud platform is definitely a combination of the strengths of each family and a cloudy choice. For example, Tencent Cloud is the first choice for audio and video, Huawei Cloud is the first choice for the Internet of Things, etc., instead of just choosing one foolishly. When the experience is not good, it is often not conducive to the development of its own business. " An agent of several cloud vendors said to the light cone intelligence.

However, in 2019, the penetration rate of cloud computing market in China exceeded 10%. Looking at the world, until 2021, the market penetration rate is less than 15%. This means that no matter who it is, the future cloud penetration still has a long way to go.

The market is very big, and it may not be the best solution for Huawei Cloud.

Guangzhou Institute of Biology reveals the molecular mechanism of the transformation process of mouse pluripotent stem cells from the initial state to the original state

The transformation of cell fate is determined by precise and complex signal regulation and epigenetic regulation, and the study of its molecular mechanism is one of the core problems that need to be solved urgently in the development of cell biology. Studies have shown that mouse pluripotent stem cells have two different states in signal maintenance and function, namely, primitive Epiblast stem cells, EpiSCs) and naive Embryonic stem cells, ESCs). In vitro, these two kinds of pluripotent stem cells can transform each other. Under the stimulation of ActivinA and bFGF signals, naive ESCs can differentiate into primed EpiSCs. On the contrary, by overexpressing a single naive pluripotent gene, such as Esrrb, Klf2, Nr5a2, etc., the initial to naive transition (PNT) can also be realized. Studying the mechanism of cell fate change in mouse PNT process can provide reference for isolating or inducing naive pluripotent stem cells from different species, but the main molecular mechanism of cell fate change in mouse PNT is still unclear.
On May 11th, Pei Duanqing’s research group and Liu Jing’s research group of Guangzhou Institute of Biomedicine and Health, Chinese Academy of Sciences published a research paper entitled BMP4 resets mouse epi blast stem cells to naive proliferation through zbtb7a/b-mediated chromatin remolding online in the journal Nature Cell Biology. In this study, we first found that BMP4 can induce PNT in mice, and established an efficient PNT induction system with clear components. Subsequently, high-throughput sequencing techniques such as ATAC-seq were used to reveal the specific molecular mechanism of mouse PNT process.
At first, researchers found that growth factor BMP4 can induce PNT in mice. With the help of visual reporting system and screening of compound library, it was found that EZH2 inhibitor EPZ6438 and DOT1L inhibitor EPZ5676 can significantly improve the induction efficiency, and then a mouse PNT induction system with a clear chemical composition with an induction efficiency of 80% within 8 days was established.
On the basis of this platform, researchers combined bioinformatics analysis based on chromatin transposase accessibility sequencing (ATAC-Seq). The dynamic changes of chromatin accessibility in the process of PNT induced by small chemical molecules in mice were described, and it was found that the most critical factor in this system, BMP4, mediated the progress of PNT by regulating chromatin accessibility, on the one hand, inhibiting the opening of differentiation-related sites, on the other hand, promoting the opening of naive pluripotent gene sites. By analyzing the gene sites where BMP4 opens and activates expression, the researchers found that the new downstream targets of BMP4, Zbtb7a and Zbtb7b, regulate the function of PNT by influencing chromatin remodeling. Furthermore, chromatin immunoprecipitation (Chip) proved that Zbtb7a directly binds to and activates the expression of naive pluripotent genes such as Esrrb, Klf2, Nr5a2, thus regulating the occurrence of PNT.
To sum up, this study established an efficient technical platform for chemical induction of mouse PNT, revealed the molecular mechanism and found new targets from the perspective of chromatin accessibility, and made new discoveries in the study of cell fate transformation mechanism, which provided a new understanding and breakthrough point for the study of chemical regulation of cell fate transformation, and also provided a very meaningful reference direction for other research systems, such as the acquisition of naive pluripotent stem cells in human system.
Researchers Pei Duanqing and Liu Jing are the corresponding authors of this paper. Doctoral students Yu Shengyong and Zhou Chunhua, Ph.D. students Cao Shangtao and He Jiangping are the co-first authors of this paper.

Exposure of M8 renderings: Prospect of 300,000-yuan new model design

Recently, a group of renderings of M8, which were drawn by a car blogger according to the patent drawings, have a high similarity with the final vehicle products. The front face design of Wenjie M8 adopts a zigzag daytime running light, and the middle decorative plate can be lit at the edge, and the logo stands in it, so the overall shape is simple and atmospheric. The Xinghe design of vehicles is an important symbol to distinguish different levels of vehicles. The higher the level, the brighter the Xinghe. There is no "Xinghe" area in the M7, while the M8 has a full side shape, and the tail design is a reduced version of M9. The size of the light group is reduced, and the license plate frame is moved down. The first model chose the color scheme of "Purple Gas from the East", which added a sense of fantasy.

The front face design of the M8 is different, which is considered as a design strategy to prevent "one loss and one loss" and spread risks. Bloggers predict that the M8 in the world may be positioned at the level of 300,000 yuan, and the price is between M7 and M9. The design and positioning of this model have attracted the attention and discussion of the market.
