Mature "online celebrity" fruit of 70,000 mu avocado in Menglian, Yunnan helps farmers to increase their income.

CCTV News:When many people hear about avocado, their first impression may be the expensive imported fruit. But now, this online celebrity "foreign fruit" has taken root, blossomed and borne fruit in Menglian County, Pu ‘er City, Yunnan Province, and the domestic avocado is gradually coming to the table of consumers.

Reporter Guo Linjie:I am now in the core avocado planting base in China — — Nanya Village, Menglian County, Pu ‘er City, Yunnan Province. At present, green fruits are covered with branches, and fruit farmers are busy picking and packing.

Zhaduo, a grower in Nanya Village, Menglian County, Yunnan Province:The output and price in 2022 are not bad.

It is understood that Menglian, Yunnan and Mexico, the capital of avocado in the world, are at the same golden latitude, which is warm and sunny all year round, while the different planting altitudes greatly lengthen the ripening period of fruits, so that avocado harvesting can start in late September and last until March of the following year. Compared with imported avocados, it takes more than one month to reach the China market by sea. With the advantage of producing area, Menglian avocados can be picked at the best maturity and taste fresher.

Reporter Guo Linjie:Avocados picked from trees are transported to the sorting center. The intelligent fruit sorter beside me can sort the fruits and clean, sterilize and keep them fresh. In addition, it can also eliminate those fruits with any defects such as cracks and moths on the surface, and truly realize high-quality fruit screening.

According to the relevant person in charge, after sorting, these "quality fruits" with a weight of 70 grams or more and a complete surface will be packed in different grades, and then distributed to wholesale markets and large supermarkets by cold chain vehicles or air transportation according to the distance of their destinations, with a daily shipment of nearly 5 tons.

Rebecca, marketing staff of Menglian Industrial Investment Group Co., Ltd.:Bulk (commodity) customers account for about 90%, and the demand is very large. We promise to send out the orders of the day every day, and we must also send out fresh fruits if we work overtime.

Up to now, Menglian in Yunnan has become the largest avocado planting base in China. The planting area of avocado is 70,400 mu, and the output of fresh fruit is expected to be more than 10,000 tons.

Chaos at the bottom of the gym: hairdressers and chefs turned into coaches, and male coaches recognized more than a dozen students as "dry sisters"

Xinhua News Agency, Taiyuan, April 12th Title: The chaos at the bottom of the gym: hairdressers and chefs turned into coaches. The male coach recognized more than a dozen students as "dry sisters"

Xinhua News Agency "Xinhua Viewpoint" reporters Ma Xiaoyuan, Liu Yangtao and Gao Jianfei

Levis Yang, born in 1980s, was taken to the gym by a friend, and a coach took the initiative to pull him to do a set of high-intensity "physical fitness tests". Levis Yang felt very uncomfortable. The coach added fuel to the fire by saying that he was in poor health, worse than a 50-year-old man, and must start fitness at once. Levis Yang was fooled into buying a 5000-yuan private education course.

"Xinhua Viewpoint" reporters visited first-tier cities such as Beijing and Shanghai and found that in order to attract consumers to buy classes with cards, some gyms are full of routines, which is hard to prevent; The annual card fee is thousands or even tens of thousands of yuan, and the price of private education is higher.

The male coach recognized a dozen students as "dry sisters" and was fined for eating Chili peppers if he failed to finish his performance.

"Beauty, handsome boy, get to know about fitness!" Walking in the city street, many people have met the staff in the gym to distribute advertising leaflets. With the popularity of fitness, the price of some gyms has also risen.

Song Mingchao, born in 1990s, started his fitness journey two years ago. "Suddenly, I feel that people around me are starting to exercise. When we meet, we don’t meet and talk about how many times we have practiced this week, what actions we practice, and what supplements we eat." On social platforms such as Weibo and Tik Tok, there are not a few fitness "online celebrity" with more than one million fans.

In recent ten years, the number of gymnasiums in China has exploded. Statistics from the State Sports General Administration show that the total number of gymnasiums in China has exceeded 100,000 in 2019.

With the increasingly fierce competition, gyms try their best to attract people. A fitness instructor told an example he had witnessed: when a coach promoted a course, a female student refused on the grounds of "no money, I will buy it next time". The coach insisted that "it doesn’t matter if you don’t have money, you can bet something". Finally, the female student’s wedding ring was put down, which provoked the female student’s husband to make a big scene.

On platforms such as Dianping.com, many netizens described the experience of "being forced to order": "I was forced to buy a course by the coach, and two muscular men blocked the aisle, which made me afraid to leave, and my attitude was extremely bad." "Being sandwiched between two coaches, two people with a red face and a white face, and finally spending two months’ salary to buy classes."

The reporter learned that most gym coaches are responsible for sales tasks, and sales performance is directly related to the coach’s income. Some gyms will also charge the coach a "deposit", which will be confiscated if the performance is not completed. There are also gym regulations, and those who fail to achieve performance will be punished for eating peppers, mustard, lemons, and even being insulted and shaved.

"In the past, the training for coaches only taught technology, but now the sales skills have been put in." Liu Jin, a senior practitioner, said, "From reception to transaction, what to say and do is a set of assembly-line operations, just to make customers unable to refuse and increase sales."

Insiders confide that in order to retain customers, gyms will also use some "hidden rules". For example, male members are arranged for female coaches, and female members are arranged for young male coaches. Some gyms even encourage coaches to "play emotional cards" and "protect students like falling in love".

A coach told reporters: "A male coach recognized a dozen students as ‘ Dry sister ’ There are also coaches who are responsive to customers, chatting, eating and shopping … …”

Hairdressers and chefs become coaches, and fitness becomes harmful.

Zhang Xiaochao, who once hired a personal trainer in a gym in Shijiazhuang, said that when the card was handled, the coach talked nonsense and arranged a detailed training plan. After the card was handled, it was perfunctory.

"At first, the coach took the initiative to ask you for a class appointment. Later, you have to take the initiative to find him. If you don’t find him, you don’t care about you. It gives people the feeling that you can’t come." "I said that every time I finished practicing, I would relax myself. Later, every time I finished practicing, I said that the next member came, no matter what."

In the current fitness market, private education is popular. However, the reporter found that the entry threshold of fitness coaches is low, and quite a few coaches are employed after two or three months of training, and some even "crash in one week".

"Seeing that fitness instructors earn more money, many people have entered the stadium." Li Xingran, an insider in the fitness industry, said that some coaches may have been hairdressers and chefs a month or two ago, while others were selling in gyms and handing out leaflets on the street. Once there is a shortage of people in the store, they will "catch ducks on the shelves" and change clothes after simple training to serve as coaches to bring customers.

A gym operator admits that there are 11 coaches in his gym, only 4 of them have received relatively professional training, and the rest are non-professional. After a simple training, they will be employed for one or two months. "Now more than half of the people in the industry can be said to be crash coaches. There are very few truly professional fitness coaches, and quality coaches are even more scarce."

The reporter consulted some gyms as candidates. Some gyms have made it clear that even if they have no foundation, they can apply for membership consultants first, and learn research while accumulating customers. "There are many qualification certificates in the market, which are very easy to test."

The reporter found that there are a large number of coach training institutions in the market, and they can win multiple qualification certificates by paying one or two thousand yuan and focusing on training for two or three months. The quality of these trainings is uneven. A gym operator said that he gave a written test to job seekers with qualification certificates, and took the most basic fitness knowledge, but most of them couldn’t even reach the passing mark. "The training is relatively watery."

According to insiders, the lack of professionalism of coaches will bring hidden dangers to the safety of bodybuilders, which may cause knee meniscus injury, muscle strain, lumbar disc herniation and other injuries.

Chloe Wang, a citizen of Taiyuan, told the reporter that he had trained bench press under the guidance of a private tutor before. "It’s 10 kilograms heavier than what I usually practice. After practicing for a while, my arm feels uncomfortable. I didn’t care at the time, but this place will still hurt intermittently after two or three years. The doctor said it was probably a sports injury at that time. "

There are also individual fitness instructors with low quality who personally infringe on consumers. Last year, an employee of a fitness club in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, cut the crotch of her pants while stretching the muscles of Ms. Wang, a customer, and was finally sentenced to administrative detention on the 15th on suspicion of indecency.

Make the fitness industry more "healthy"

"In recent years, the fitness industry has achieved explosive growth, and various chaos has also appeared." Yan Sihai, general manager of fitness platform company CHINAFIT, said, "At present, the industry has shown signs of entering an adjustment period, and more and more people are beginning to realize that if they want to develop for a long time, they must change their living methods."

Some experts believe that in order to ensure the healthy and orderly development of the fitness industry and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, it is necessary to improve relevant laws and regulations, strengthen supervision and strengthen industry self-discipline.

In order to promote the healthy development of the fitness industry, some places began to explore relevant practices. Since the beginning of this year, Shanghai, Beijing and other places have successively issued model texts of service contracts in the fitness industry, among which the "7-day cooling-off period for fitness membership cards" has attracted much attention.

Zhao Zhanling, a lawyer of Beijing Zhilin Law Firm, and other experts said that overall, the relevant norms still lag behind the current development of the fitness industry, and the legislature and relevant functional departments should improve them as soon as possible.

Strengthening industry self-discipline has also become the consensus of many people in the industry. Mao Zhenming, a professor at the School of Physical Education and Sports of Beijing Normal University, suggested that the relevant departments should encourage the establishment and development of fitness industry associations, build industry consensus through industry associations, and formulate industry rules, such as setting standards and thresholds for employment, clarifying industry service norms, and establishing a "blacklist" of employees and institutions, so as to standardize corporate behavior and create a healthy competitive environment and consumption environment.

In view of the low industry threshold and the shortage of talents, people in the industry suggest that relevant departments and industry associations should accelerate the establishment of more professional and effective fitness instructor training standards and coach qualification certification system to ensure that fitness instructors have corresponding professional qualities. In addition, physical education colleges should increase the training of special talents in the field of social fitness, and consider setting up social fitness majors to meet the needs of people in the fitness industry.

Yan Sihai and other people in the industry said that in order to overcome the current shortcomings, traditional gymnasiums must change their business concepts and business models, strengthen their service awareness, create excellent course content and continuously enhance their core competitiveness.

In addition, industry insiders and experts also remind consumers to stay awake and spend rationally in the face of dazzling courses and possible sales routines in the gym; When one’s own rights and interests are infringed, one should enhance the awareness of rights protection and learn to use legal weapons to safeguard one’s legitimate rights and interests.

The new regulations for Beijing Pass will come into effect today: will it affect millions of cars to ease parking difficulties?

Beijing, Nov. 1 (Zhang Xu)-On Nov. 1, Beijing, known as the "strictest" new regulations for automobile license to Beijing, was officially implemented. This means that after the implementation of the new regulations, about 1 million foreign license cars in Beijing’s motor vehicle ownership will be bound by the new regulations, and one out of every seven cars in Beijing can only drive outside the Sixth Ring Road for more than 280 days every year.

Where is the strictest in history?

According to the Notice of Beijing Municipality on Traffic Management Measures for Some Passenger Cars (hereinafter referred to as the Notice), the measures implemented on November 1, 2019 are called "the strictest in history" because there are four major changes compared with the previous restrictions on foreign license plates.

Change 1: the restricted area is expanded again. From November 1, 2019, the restricted area of foreign cards will be expanded from Beijing Fifth Ring Road to Beijing Sixth Ring Road, and Tongzhou, the administrative sub-center of Beijing, will be all divided into restricted areas.

Change 2: The paper entry permit must be clearly stated. There are two ways to apply for a Beijing permit, one is to apply at the high-speed service point on site, and the other is to apply online through the "Beijing Traffic Police APP". After the implementation of the new regulations, the Beijing Pass handled by the mobile phone must be printed into a paper version and placed on the lower left side of the front windshield.

Electronic entry permit needs to be printed.

Change 3: The number of days to enter Beijing each year will be limited. Each vehicle with a foreign license plate can apply for a Beijing Pass for up to 12 times a year, and each time is valid for up to 7 days, so it can drive for up to 84 days a year, accounting for 23% of the total number of days in the year.

According to the relevant person in charge of the Beijing Municipal Transportation Commission, according to the actual needs, it can be applied continuously, or it can be applied monthly or irregularly. After the implementation of the New Deal on November 1, the remaining 61 days in 2019 only account for this year’s quota, which can be understood as a "buffer" and will enter a new counting cycle on January 1 next year.

Change 4: In the restricted area, you can’t just stop driving. If you fail to apply for a Beijing Pass or the Beijing Pass expires, and park on urban roads above the branch level within the restricted range, the number of days that you can apply for a Beijing Pass in the current year will be deducted according to the number of parking days.

Millions of non-Beijing brand cars are subject to the new regulations.

How many cars will be affected by the new regulations of Beijing Pass? According to the data of Beijing Municipal Transportation Commission, by the end of May this year, there were 6.21 million motor vehicles in Beijing (including 5.19 million passenger cars) and about 1 million foreign brand cars. At present, it is circulated on the Internet that individual communities no longer lease parking spaces to vehicles with license plates from other places.

However, Mr. Xu, who lives in Tongzhou, Beijing and has a car license in Hebei, said that the new regulations have little impact on him. "In the past, you only needed to go to the urban area to get a Beijing permit. Now you need a permit to return to Tongzhou. However, my work doesn’t work very well. It’s really not good. It’s not a big deal to put a car in the community and take a car. "

According to the explanation of Beijing Municipal Transportation Commission,Vehicles without documents can park in their own parking spaces or in public parking lots off the road, and the number of days will not be deducted, but they need to apply for a Beijing Pass when they go on the road again, otherwise they will be punished accordingly.. In addition, after the foreign vehicle’s Beijing Pass expires, if it is parked in the off-street parking lot, it will not be reduced the effective days of re-issuing, nor will it be punished.

Why do you want to limit the number of days in Beijing? The Beijing Traffic Management Bureau explained that the traffic environment resources of the central city and the sub-center are limited and cannot afford too many cars.

According to the monitoring and data of the Beijing Traffic Management Department, about 709,000 vehicles with foreign license plates have been used in Beijing for a long time. Among the vehicles driving on urban expressways, foreign buses account for 10%; The proportion of buses parked in residential areas in the Fifth Ring Road is 5% to 13%, and it has reached 15% to 29% outside the Fifth Ring Road.

This figure has seriously affected the fairness and effectiveness of Beijing’s total motor vehicle control policy. Of course, there are also concerns about the shortage of parking resources in urban areas.

To what extent can parking difficulties in Beijing be alleviated?

The problem of parking difficulty in Beijing has a long history. In 1994, Beijing determined that the allocation index of residential areas was 0.1 parking spaces/household, and in 1999, it was proposed and published in 2002 that the new revised index was 0.3 parking spaces/household inside the Third Ring Road and 0.5 parking spaces/household outside the Third Ring Road.

In 2015, Beijing revised the parking allocation index of residential areas again. "The total supply of parking spaces should be controlled between 1.1 and 1.3 times the number of motor vehicles". According to the allocation standard, the ideal number of parking spaces in Beijing should be between 6.2 million and 7.4 million, but in fact it is far from being achieved.

According to the parking space survey data released by the Beijing Municipal Transportation Commission in 2017, by the end of 2016, there were 3.82 million parking spaces in urban areas in Beijing, and the demand for night parking was 3.84 million, with the total supply and demand equal; However, the spatial distribution of parking space resources is uneven, and the imbalance gap of residential parking spaces reaches 1.29 million. Among them, the serious vacancy area in the Third Ring Road accounts for 84%, and there is no sufficient parking area in the Fifth Ring Road.

By the end of May 2019, the number of motor vehicles in Beijing had reached 6.21 million (including 5.19 million passenger cars). Although the number of motor vehicles has slowed down with the introduction of control measures, it is an indisputable fact that there are fewer parking spaces than motor vehicles.

On the one hand, the number of parking spaces is insufficient, on the other hand, a large number of parking spaces have not been effectively utilized. According to the 2017 China Smart Parking Industry Big Data Report jointly released by ETCP Smart Parking Industry Research Institute and CBN Business Data Center, the utilization rate of parking spaces in Beijing is between 40% and 50%.

The utilization rate of parking spaces is low. Data source ETCP

Pan Helin, a postdoctoral fellow in applied economics at China Academy of Fiscal Science, told the reporter: "The new regulations for entering Beijing can reduce the number of foreign vehicles entering Beijing, which has a certain effect on alleviating parking difficulties. However, because the proportion of foreign vehicles is not high, it is mainly necessary to revitalize existing parking space resources by means of big data and peak parking, so as to achieve better results."

Nie Yaguang, deputy director of the Static Traffic Management Office of the Beijing Municipal Transportation Commission, said in an interview with the media that in 2018, the six districts of Beijing provided more than 20,000 parking spaces for residents by tapping the potential to build new three-dimensional parking facilities.

A parking lot manager in Beijing directs the owner to reverse the car. Zhongxin.com reporter Jin Shuo photo

Changsheng Building, located in North Xinhua Street, Xicheng District, Beijing, is close to the residential area. Under the coordination of the District Urban Management Committee and the street, Changsheng Building took out 200 parking spaces to share with the residents of Xijiaomin Lane, North Xinhua Street and Liubukou, and the parking order was greatly improved.

The reporter learned in the parking lot of Changsheng Mansion that the monthly rent of parking spaces was adjusted from 900 yuan to 1000 yuan in July 2019. However, residents who have passed the certification of "four certificates in one" (household register, house book, ID card and driving license) can still enjoy the preferential price of 400 yuan every month.

"Sharing parking spaces for residents not only makes it convenient for residents, but also benefits us. The 24-hour average parking space utilization rate of the parking lot has increased by nearly 20%, and everyone wins." The staff of the parking lot of Changsheng Building told reporters.

A few days ago, the Static Traffic Management Office of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Communications said that it is studying the introduction of guidelines for sharing parking at wrong times, which will clarify the reward mechanism for parking facilities suppliers and the restraint mechanism for parking space users.

"According to the parking census data, the potential of shared parking in Beijing is very great. Whether it is from the idle number of public parking spaces or the distance between public parking spaces and residential areas, it is conditional to carry out parking sharing." Nie Yaguang said that at present, there are about 900,000 idle parking spaces in public buildings in Beijing at night. If 50% of the idle parking spaces can be shared with residential areas at different times, about 35% of the parking gap in residential areas can be solved, which is equivalent to the total amount of parking on roads at night. This number is considerable.

Four consecutive championships! China women’s table tennis defeated the Japanese team 3-1 to dominate the 2018 World Table Tennis Championships.

Xinhua News Agency, Helmstad, Sweden, May 5 (Reporter Zhang Zhang) The China women’s table tennis team defeated the Japanese team 3-1 in the final of the 2018 World Table Tennis Team Championship on May 5, achieving four consecutive championships. This is also the 21st time for China women’s table tennis to win the Columbian Cup.

Against the second-seeded Japanese team, China sent a combination of Ding Ning, Liu Shiwen and Zhu Yuling, while the Japanese team was still Ishikawa Kasumi with young Ito Miki and Hirano Miwoo, but the order of appearances was adjusted.

Liu Shiwen, the first to appear on the stage, had been playing steadily before, but obviously there was still a lot of pressure to play the No.1 position in the final, and finally she lost to 17-year-old Ito Meicheng in five games.

After two draws at the beginning of the first game, Liu Shiwen pulled the score to 6: 3, but Ito quickly tied the score and overtook it by 9: 7. After Liu Shiwen tied the score to 9, Ito scored two points and won the first game; In the second game, the two sides still showed a stalemate. After Liu Shiwen established an advantage of 8: 5, Ito quickly drew the score to 7: 8. Seeing that the lead was narrowed, Liu Shiwen promptly requested a time-out. After the time-out, Liu Shiwen, who was in a stable mood, pulled back a game with 11: 8.

In the third game, Liu Shiwen, who strengthened backhand defense, started with 4: 0, then further expanded his advantage and won with 11: 5; In the fourth game, after Liu Shiwen started 3-1, Ito requested a timeout. Since then, the two sides have repeatedly drawn. After 8 draws, Ito scored two points in a row to get the point, and Liu Shiwen’s serve was successfully fought by the opponent. The score became 2: 2.

In the deciding game, Liu Shiwen started with 5: 1, but Ito soon made it 6: 7. Since then, Liu Shiwen opened the score gap to 2 points and got the match point at 10: 8, but Ito, who didn’t stop, withstood the pressure and scored 4 points in a row, winning the game at 12: 10.

In the second game, Ding Ning defeated Hirano Miwoo, who ranked sixth in the world, in straight sets. proved that losing the day before was an accident.

Ding Ning started with 2: 0, and did not let his opponent tie the score again, winning the first game at 11: 6; In the second game, after Ding Ning established a 6-3 advantage, Ping Ye requested a timeout. Although Ping Ye tied the score to 9 and saved a game, he finally lost another game at 10: 12. In the third game, Ding Ning once fell behind at 5: 9, but she doggedly tied the score to 9, and took the lead in getting the match point, and finally won the game at 13: 11, helping the China team tie the big score to 1: 1.

The competition between Zhu Yuling, ranked second in the world, and Ishikawa Kasumi, ranked third in the world, should have been a close match, but the scene was one-sided.

Zhu Yuling, 23, easily won the first game at 11: 4; In the second game, Zhu Yuling once led at 7: 0. Although she lost three points in a row, she still relied on the advantage she had established before to play the next game at 11: 7. In the third game, Zhu Yuling started 4-2, but Ishikawa asked for a timeout, which still failed to stop Zhu Yuling from moving forward. Although she lost two points after winning the match point at 10: 6, she finally won the match at 11: 8, helping China to overtake at 2: 1.

In the fourth game, Liu Shiwen, who played against Hirano Miwoo again, found his form, winning 11-6 in the first two games. In the third game, Ping Ye, who had been in the lead, got two innings at 10: 8, but Liu Shiwen steadied his mind and finally scored four points in a row, winning the game and helping China defend its title successfully.

Ding Ning, captain of China team, said after the game that the team competition was the result of the joint efforts of everyone in the team. He was very happy to win the championship and thanked all those who paid for it.
