Report card for the first anniversary of Beijing’s medical reform: 12 million primary patients increased.

What is the effect of medical reform for one year? On April 20, Beijing released the "medical reform report card": 210 million outpatient and emergency visits were completed, and 3.9 million discharged patients were treated in an orderly manner; There was a net increase of more than 12 million person-times in primary medical treatment; The average length of stay in tertiary hospitals decreased by 0.7 days … … "The overall situation is stable and orderly, with positive changes, in line with expectations and good response." Lei Haichao, Party Secretary and Director of the Municipal Health Planning Commission, gave comments.

Outpatient and emergency volume

Third-level hospitals reduced the number of primary hospitals increased.

Hierarchical pricing of medical service fees, differentiated medical insurance reimbursement policies and the construction of medical associations have greatly promoted graded diagnosis and treatment.

Over the past year since the reform, the number of outpatient and emergency consultations in tertiary hospitals has decreased by 11.9% compared with the previous year, while the number of outpatient and emergency consultations in secondary hospitals has remained basically the same. The cumulative number of outpatient and emergency consultations in primary hospitals and primary health care institutions has reached nearly 80 million, a net increase of more than 12 million over the previous year, with an increase of 16.1%. The number of consultations in some community health service institutions has increased by about 25% to 30%. Some common diseases have been gradually diverted to grass-roots institutions, which has reversed the situation that the amount of diagnosis and treatment at grass-roots level has declined or wandered for more than a decade, and the overcrowding of large hospitals has been alleviated.

The number of emergency visits by the deputy director and chief physician of the hospital decreased by 9.7% and 25.5% respectively, making it more rational for patients to choose experts to see doctors, alleviating the difficulty of seeing experts, and the limited resources of experts and famous doctors can better serve critically ill patients and prolong the communication time between doctors and patients.

While outpatients and emergency patients are diverted to grass-roots institutions, inpatient medical services are concentrated in tertiary hospitals. Over the past year since the reform, the number of discharges from tertiary hospitals has reached 3.2 million, an increase of 2.7%; The average length of stay was 8.6 days, a decrease of 0.7 days compared with the previous year, and the advantages of hospitalization service in tertiary hospitals were more obvious.

Medical expenses

Save more than 6 billion yuan a year.

The new compensation mechanism of medical institutions has begun to play an effective role. The old compensation mechanism that public medical institutions rely on drug income no longer exists.

The newly established medical service fee can replace the original registration fee, medical treatment fee and drug bonus income in the fourth week after the reform is initiated. When the total income of medical institutions is basically stable, the structure is optimized and the gold content is improved. Compared with before the reform, the disposable income of medical institutions is generally in a good trend, and the new compensation mechanism effectively supports the smooth operation of medical institutions.

Over the past year, the increase of medical expenses has declined. The city’s medical expenses only increased by about 5%, which is the lowest year since 2000. Medical institutions have saved more than 6 billion yuan in medical expenses. The total amount of drugs purchased in sunshine was 62.4 billion yuan, saving 5.51 billion yuan in drug expenses. Only one measure of drugs purchased in sunshine reduced the overall drug price by 8.8%. The proportion of drugs in secondary and tertiary hospitals in the city decreased by 9 percentage points.

Medical insurance assistance

Reduce personal burden by nearly 60 million yuan

The city will include all 435 medical services that meet the requirements in the scope of medical insurance reimbursement; Open up the difference in the scope of reimbursement of medical insurance drugs between community hospitals and large hospitals. Targeted implementation of the reform method of paying the hospitalization medical expenses of mental patients according to the fixed bed day, reducing the burden of special people, and the personal burden of urban and rural medical insurance patients is generally stable. Taking the basic medical insurance for urban workers as an example, as of April 7 this year, the medical insurance fund has increased its special expenditure by 2.28 billion yuan and reduced its personal burden by nearly 60 million yuan.

People in need have also received effective assistance. The proportion of outpatient assistance and hospitalization assistance for social assistance objects was adjusted from 70% to 80%, the annual ceiling line of outpatient assistance was adjusted from 4,000 yuan to 6,000 yuan, and the annual ceiling line of hospitalization assistance was adjusted from 40,000 yuan to 60,000 yuan; The proportion of major disease relief was adjusted from 75% to 85%, and the annual relief ceiling line was adjusted from 80,000 yuan to 120,000 yuan. The per capita burden of social assistance objects such as outpatient service, hospitalization and major disease assistance policies has been reduced by about 30%.

Medical institutions in this city have achieved results in improving medical services. Promote the appointment service to shorten the appointment time to less than one hour; Strengthen in-hospital hierarchical referral, and the number of well-known expert teams has reached 113.

The 261 community health service centers in the city implemented the service mode of "diagnosis first, settlement later", and reduced the medical service fee for the elderly over 60 by 26.65 million person-times. Patients with chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes can use 105 kinds of commonly used drugs in the community, and prescribe more than 40,000 "two-month long prescriptions" to save the cost of medical treatment for patients.

Hot spot response

How do community hospitals attract patients?

Lei Haichao: To make the graded diagnosis and treatment system develop deeply and persistently, we must further improve the ability of grassroots services.

At present, the number of patients in community medical institutions is increasing. In the future, we will consider setting up certain rehabilitation and long-term nursing beds in community health service centers according to the needs of residents.

We also need to train more pediatric graduates. By 2020, each community health service center must have at least one doctor who can carry out diagnosis and treatment of common and frequently-occurring diseases in pediatrics.

How to break the shortage of drugs in the community?

Lei Haichao: At present, some patients report that some drugs cannot be prescribed in community health service institutions, mainly because the space of community health service institutions is limited. At the same time, it is necessary to further explore the characteristics of drug use for patients who are diverted from tertiary hospitals and secondary hospitals to the grassroots level and optimize drug allocation. At the same time, explore and promote the innovation of pharmacy management mode in community medical institutions.

Will the diseases with long prescriptions be expanded?

Lei Haichao: This year, the city will study increasing the number of long prescription diseases in community health service institutions and adjusting the long prescription drug list in a timely manner, so as to truly solve the demand for drugs and medical treatment at the grassroots level.

Check how to run less.

Lei Haichao: In the future, information technology will be used to improve the diagnosis and treatment capabilities of community primary medical and health service institutions. For example, we are considering establishing consultation or diagnosis centers for inspection, pathology, imaging and electrocardiogram. Through the Internet+medical technology, patients can complete the corresponding examination at the grassroots level, and then transmit the relevant information to the secondary and tertiary hospitals to complete the diagnosis, so as to ensure and improve the quality of patients’ treatment at the grassroots level in the community.

Progress in medical reform

20% experts give priority to staying in the community.

Li Sufang, deputy director of the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, revealed that the next step will be to improve the quality of primary health care services, ensure that patients can see diseases in the community, get medicines, and be good gatekeepers of people’s health.

The city will continue to increase the training of primary medical service personnel, especially the training of general practitioners, introduce a number of talents in short supply, and enrich the front-line strength of primary medical service. Give full play to the role of medical associations hand in hand, and give priority to leaving 20% of the expert sources in large hospitals to community medical institutions as an important channel for making appointments for referral. In the future, the source of the secondary and tertiary hospitals in the medical association of this city will be open and inclined to the primary medical and health institutions, and the on-demand directional referral appointment will be realized in 2020. At the same time, encourage and guide doctors from large hospitals to visit the community, and improve the ability to guarantee primary drugs.

The city will continue to promote the adjustment of medical service prices. It will also improve the procurement mechanism of drugs and medical consumables, and further reduce the space of inflated prices of pharmaceutical consumables; Improve the supervision mechanism, promote the construction of the whole supervision mechanism of medical behavior, and promote the information disclosure of the price, average cost and drug use of pharmaceutical consumables in hospitals.

New things in medical reform

Century altar hospital opens special clinic in community.

After the medical reform, the Millennium Hospital opened a special clinic in the community to attract a large number of patients. For example, the clinic for lumbago and leg pain at Fuxingmen Community Station, the clinic for constipation at Ronghui Clinic and Lianhuachi Community Station; Cough clinics of ganjiakou Community Health Service Center and Wanshou Road Community Health Service Center, the governing units of the Medical Association.

"The demand for these clinics is very high, and our hospital regularly sends experts to the grassroots every week." Xu Jianli, president of the Millennium Monument Hospital, revealed that the hospital also organized experts to go to the community to make house calls, make rounds, teach and give health talks in a number of primary medical institutions. According to statistics, last year, experts made a total of 1517 visits to the grassroots, 156 rounds and 286 consultations. "Residents have enjoyed the diagnosis and treatment services of tertiary hospital experts in the community, achieving a high level of medical continuity." Xu Jianli said.

Xuanwu hospital reduced unreasonable drug costs by 3.157 million yuan.

During the implementation of medical reform, in order to ensure the safety and benefits of patients’ medication, xuanwu hospital adopted a prescription review pre-system to expand the scope of prescription review. Over the past year, through prescription review and rational drug use monitoring, as well as the implementation of prescription/doctor’s advice pre-audit system, the unreasonable drug costs for patients have been reduced by 3.157 million yuan, the average outpatient drug costs have decreased by more than 20 yuan year-on-year, and the average drug costs for discharged patients have decreased by 25.19% year-on-year.

The proportion of drugs in the Third Hospital of Beijing Medical University decreased by 14.7% compared with the previous year.

Since the medical reform, the Third Hospital of Beijing Medical University has launched a series of measures to control the increase of medical expenses, drug expenses and sanitary materials expenses and reduce the burden of medical expenses for patients. For example, in drug management, the hospital set up a list of key monitoring drugs based on evidence-based, combined with the special management of antibacterial drugs, tumor treatment drugs and auxiliary drugs, and further reduced the proportion of drugs by guiding rational drug use. In 2017, the proportion of drugs in this hospital was 32.39%, which was 14.7% lower than the previous year.

Chaoyang hospital

Shooting in the community

The diagnosis is in the top three

During the medical reform, Chaoyang Hospital established the first remote imaging diagnosis center in this city. The patient "shoots" in the community hospital nearby, and the experts in the radiology department of Chaoyang Hospital will read the film remotely through the Internet and complete the diagnosis report in time. At present, the hospital’s remote imaging diagnosis center can issue radiation diagnosis reports for 7 community health service centers in Chaoyang District.

Supreme Leader: Let the sunshine of the community of human destiny shine on the world.

"Humans live in the same global village, in the same time and space where history and reality meet, and more and more become a community of destiny with you and me."

Ten years ago today, on March 23rd, 2013, the Supreme Leader of president delivered a speech at the Moscow Institute of International Relations, putting forward the concept of a community of human destiny to the world for the first time.

Supreme Leader: Let the sunshine of the community of human destiny shine on the world.

In the past ten years, President Xi has repeatedly advocated building a community of human destiny on many occasions. This concept has been continuously enriched and developed in practice, which provides China wisdom and China plan to cope with the changes of the world, times and history, and shows China’s responsibility.

"International affairs are discussed and handled by everyone."

47 minutes of speech, more than 30 applause. When it comes to the key points, it is almost a applause.

Such a scene appeared in January 2017, when the Chairman of the Supreme Leader delivered a keynote speech entitled "Building a Community of Human Destiny Together" at the United Nations Headquarters in Geneva.

Faced with the question of "What’s wrong with the world? What should we do?", President Xi put forward China’s plan: to build a community of human destiny and achieve win-win sharing.

UN Secretary-General Guterres sincerely said at the scene: "President Xi, under your leadership, China has become an important pillar of multilateralism, and the purpose of practicing multilateralism is to build a community of human destiny."

Multilateralism is the institutional foundation of building a community of human destiny. Different from unilateralism, multilateralism embodies the principles of equality, mutual benefit and openness.

"The problems in the world are complicated, and the way to solve them is to maintain and practice multilateralism and promote the building of a community of human destiny."

At the Davos Agenda Dialogue of the World Economic Forum held in January 2021, the Chairman of the Supreme Leader delivered a special speech, re-emphasizing the practice of multilateralism, and pointed out that "the essence of multilateralism is that international issues should be discussed and handled by everyone".

Supreme Leader: Let the sunshine of the community of human destiny shine on the world.

"Adhere to openness and tolerance, and do not engage in closed exclusivity; Adhere to the international laws as the basis, and do not engage in self-respect; Adhere to consultation and cooperation, and do not engage in conflict and confrontation; Keep pace with the times and don’t be complacent … …”

President Xi’s forceful words reflect China’s determination to maintain and practice multilateralism and promote the building of a community of human destiny.

On March 21, 2023, in Moscow, Russia, the Chairman of the Supreme Leader held talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin. President Xi pointed out that at present, the changes in the past century have accelerated the evolution, and the international power contrast has profoundly evolved. As permanent members of the UN Security Council and major powers in the world, China and Russia are duty-bound, and should work together to guide and promote global governance in a direction that meets the expectations of the international community and promote the building of a community of human destiny.

From the Moscow Institute of International Relations in 2013, to the Palais des Nations in 2017, and then to the "Davos Agenda" dialogue session of the World Economic Forum … … Chairman of the Supreme Leader deeply explained the concept of building a community of human destiny in a series of major international occasions and put forward China’s proposition — — "Building a world of lasting peace, universal security, common prosperity, openness, tolerance, cleanliness and beauty".

After putting forward the concept of a community of human destiny, President Xi successively put forward the "One Belt and One Road" initiative, global development initiative, global security initiative and global civilization initiative, which enriched the connotation and practical path of the concept of a community of human destiny.

In November 2022, the Disarmament and International Security Committee of the United Nations General Assembly voted to adopt three resolutions, all of which were written into the concept of a community of human destiny put forward by China. The concept of a community of human destiny has been written into the General Assembly resolution for six consecutive years.

  "Only win-win cooperation.

In order to do great things, do good things, and do long-term things. "

The road to simplicity is the most important thing. The key to building a community of human destiny lies in action.

The Chairman of the Supreme Leader emphasized that to promote the building of a community of human destiny, it is not to replace one system with another, nor to replace another civilization with one civilization. Instead, countries with different social systems, different ideologies, different historical cultures and different levels of development share interests, rights and responsibilities in international affairs, forming the greatest common denominator for building a better world.

How exactly should I do it? The answer given by President Xi is "five persistences": persistence in dialogue and consultation, persistence in joint construction and sharing, persistence in win-win cooperation, persistence in exchange and mutual learning, and persistence in green and low carbon.

Supreme Leader: Let the sunshine of the community of human destiny shine on the world.

President Xi has repeatedly stressed the need to adhere to the concept of global governance.

Only through mutual consultation can there be better co-construction and more sustainable sharing and win-win situation.

In 2023, when President Xi delivered a keynote speech at the high-level dialogue meeting between the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the world’s political parties, he said that mankind is a community of destiny with one glory and one loss. Blowing out other people’s lights will not make you brighter; Blocking others’ way will not make you go further. We must persist in sharing opportunities and creating the future together.

The Belt and Road Initiative is a high-quality public product initiated by China, jointly built by all parties and shared by the world. It is also a concrete practice of building a community of human destiny.

This year marks the 10th anniversary of China’s Belt and Road Initiative. Over the past decade, the "circle of friends" has been expanding, and more than 150 countries and more than 30 international organizations have signed cooperation documents; The initiative has boosted the investment scale of nearly one trillion US dollars, formed more than 3,000 cooperation projects, created 420,000 jobs for countries along the route, and lifted nearly 40 million people out of poverty … … In recent years, the "Belt and Road" cooperation has continuously achieved new results, showing strong resilience and vitality.

Towards a community of destiny, we must adhere to win-win cooperation and common development.

"Southeast Asian friends say ‘ The water rises and the lotus rises ’ , African friends speak ‘ Walking alone is fast, and many people travel far ’ , European friends speak ‘ A tree can’t stop the cold wind ’ , Chinese said ‘ The river is full of water, and the river is full of water ’ 。”

At the opening ceremony of the 2015 annual meeting of Boao Forum for Asia, President Xi quoted the common saying of people from all over the world to tell a truth: Only win-win cooperation can achieve great things, good things and long-term things.

"Take practical actions to build a better world.

  Make due contributions. "

China has always been a builder of world peace, a contributor to global development, and a defender of the international order, making constant contributions to building a community of human destiny.

On November 17, 2020, when attending the 12th meeting of BRICS leaders and delivering an important speech, the Supreme Leader of president pointed out, "We should consider the people’s well-being, uphold the concept of a community of human destiny, and make due contributions to building a better world with practical actions."

Supreme Leader: Let the sunshine of the community of human destiny shine on the world.

On March 13th, 2023, at the closing meeting of the first session of the 14th National People’s Congress, the Chairman of the Supreme Leader stood at the height of history and times, and from the common interests of China and the world and the future and destiny of all mankind, emphasized that "we should strive to promote the building of a community of human destiny" on the new journey of building a strong country and national rejuvenation.

China has won an all-round victory in the fight against poverty and eliminated absolute poverty for the first time in history. At the same time, it has provided assistance to more than 160 countries and international organizations, taught people to fish in various fields such as vocational technology and agriculture, and supported developing countries to better achieve poverty reduction and development. Former UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon said that "China plays an indispensable role" on the road to poverty eradication.

In response to global climate change, China promised that by 2030, China’s carbon dioxide emissions per unit of GDP will be reduced by more than 65% compared with 2005, and non-fossil energy will account for about 25% of primary energy consumption.

China actively participated in international peacekeeping operations and was widely praised as "the key factor and strength of peacekeeping operations".

The road is not alone, and the world is a family.

To build a community of human destiny is not to fight alone, but to work together; It can’t be done overnight, but it needs to be continuously promoted. Building a community of human destiny is a beautiful goal that needs continuous efforts from generation to generation.

China has been acting to promote the building of a community of human destiny.

As the Chairman of the Supreme Leader said: "China will contribute more China wisdom, China’s plan and China’s strength to the world, promote the construction of a world of lasting peace, universal security, common prosperity, openness, tolerance, cleanliness and beauty, and let the sunshine of the community of human destiny shine on the world!"

Internal documents of power grid company are exposed! The liquidation of the state-funded funds that have not been advanced is in place.

Recently, a photovoltaic dealer broke the news that it was said to be the internal document of Shandong Power Grid Corporation. According to the document, the national subsidy funds for household natural heat distributed projects that were put into operation in parallel from June 1, 2018 to October 31, 2019 will be replenished, which are mainly divided into two categories.

(Source: WeChat WeChat official account "Photovoltaic Policy")

640.webp.jpg

The first category is natural person distributed photovoltaic power generation projects that have been filed and started construction before May 31, 2018 (inclusive) and put into operation in parallel before June 30, 2018 (inclusive). The on-grid electricity price of natural person distributed photovoltaic power generation projects in the "full grid connection" mode is 0.75 yuan/kWh, and the on-grid electricity in the "self-use and surplus grid connection" mode is 0.3949 yuan/kWh, which is subsidized according to the power generation.

The document emphasizes that the national compensation standard and payment method of natural person distributed projects that have paid the national compensation in accordance with the normal settlement cycle remain unchanged, and those that have not paid the national compensation funds, this compensation liquidation is in place.

640.webp (1).jpg

In the second category, in addition to the above-mentioned subsidy policy before May 31, 2018, other natural person distributed projects with "spontaneous self-use, surplus internet access" mode and "full internet access" mode that were put into operation in parallel from June 1, 2018 (inclusive) to October 31, 2019 (inclusive) were included in the fiscal scale of 2019, and the subsidy standard for full power generation was 0.18 yuan/kwh.

According to the document, the national compensation fund for this kind of natural person distributed project is in place this time.

The document on the second page also states that the recovery period of state-funded funds for the above-mentioned natural and distributed projects is from the date of grid connection to December 2019 (settlement cycle). Since January, 2020, the above-mentioned distributed natural person projects refer to the settlement mode of distributed national supplementary funds for natural persons connected to the grid before May 31, 2018 (inclusive), and the national supplementary funds will be paid normally according to the settlement cycle.

Significant benefits to household photovoltaics

If the documents of the power grid company are issued, it is bound to greatly benefit household photovoltaics, and the household photovoltaic subsidies owed since 531 can be issued in this liquidation. It shows that Shandong Power Grid Corporation strongly supports the development of photovoltaic power generation, especially the care of household photovoltaic power generation, and has taken the initiative to advance the household photovoltaic subsidy that has been in arrears for one and a half years without waiting for the funds of the Ministry of Finance, thus protecting the interests of ordinary people.

Shandong Electric Power Company protects the interests of ordinary people and actively advances household photovoltaic subsidies, which proves the excellent market environment in Shandong Province. Local power supply companies are friendly to photovoltaic power generation, and the grid connection is smooth, and they also actively solve the problem of subsidy arrears. The timely issuance of subsidies has set a good example for other provincial and municipal power companies, and it is believed that the arrears of subsidies nationwide will be properly resolved.

If you haven’t got the household photovoltaic subsidy, don’t worry, the internal documents of the power grid company have been notified, and the money will arrive soon.

How to increase the limit of online bank transfer?

In today’s digital financial era, online bank transfer has become one of the important ways of people’s daily capital transactions. However, sometimes the bank’s default online bank transfer limit may not meet the needs of individuals or enterprises. So, how to increase the online bank transfer limit?

First of all, it needs to be clear that different banks may have different regulations and procedures for increasing the online bank transfer limit. But generally speaking, the following methods are more common:

Go to the bank counter: this is a more direct and effective way. Bring your valid ID card and bank card, go to the bank’s business outlets and apply to the staff to increase the online bank transfer limit. The staff will evaluate your account, credit history and other factors, and handle the corresponding procedures for you.

Apply through online banking or mobile banking: Some banks provide the function of online application to increase the transfer limit. You can log in to online banking or mobile banking, look for options such as "transfer limit adjustment" in relevant settings or service pages, and follow the system prompts. Generally, you need to fill in some necessary information, such as your identity information, contact information, and the amount of the limit you are applying for.

Upgrade the level of bank accounts: Some banks will classify their accounts into different levels according to the customer’s account activity, capital scale and other factors, and different levels of accounts will enjoy different transfer limits. By increasing the capital flow of the account and handling more financial services, the account level will be upgraded, so as to obtain a higher transfer limit.

Provide relevant supporting materials: If your transfer demand is large, the bank may ask you to provide relevant supporting materials, such as income certificate and transaction contract, to prove the rationality and necessity of increasing your transfer limit.

Let’s take the transfer limit adjustment method of a bank and another bank as an example to make a simple comparison for you:

Bank name Adjustment mode Required materials Processing time A bank Counter handling and online banking application Id card, bank card and proof of income (if necessary) Counter processing takes effect immediately, and online banking application takes 1-3 working days. Another bank Counter handling, mobile banking application ID card, bank card and transaction contract (if necessary) Counter processing takes effect immediately, and mobile banking application takes 2 working days.

It should be noted that in the process of increasing the online bank transfer limit of banks, it is necessary to ensure the security of their own accounts and not to disclose account information and passwords at will. At the same time, rationally plan the use of funds to avoid potential risks caused by excessive transfer limit.

In short, to improve the online bank transfer limit of banks, it is necessary to choose the appropriate method according to the bank’s regulations and its own actual situation, and operate according to the corresponding process. I hope the above contents are helpful to you.

A five-minute episode of mini-drama has become popular, but "making quick money" is not so easy for the industry to observe.

Since 2017, the strong rise of short videos has further dismantled users’ time, and the film and television industry has gradually entered the era of "seconds" as the unit of measurement: 50 or 60 episodes of long dramas have faded out, and 12 episodes of fast-paced short dramas have replaced them; The ever-accelerating "double-speed viewing", short videos and Weibo’s dramas have made the so-called drama structure and precise logic being deconstructed and reshaped by "high speed".
The micro-short drama, the product of the combination of speed and content, comes into being with the trend: an episode of 2 minutes to 15 minutes has no unfathomable drama logic, only the rapid cut-in of the plot and the ultimate relationship between characters; Sweet pet, suspense, crossing, soft sci-fi, nonsense, everything … Even if its production is not enough "50 wool standard", it is enough to fill a time of instant noodles.
The data can prove the market effect of miniseries. It is reported that in 2022, only the number of active users of micro-short dramas on the Aauto Quicker platform increased to 260 million, of which more than 50% users watched more than 10 episodes every day; Mango TV has played over 600 million mini-dramas, among which Douban scored over 29,000, with a score of 7.3. Youku’s "The Maid of the Thousand Daughters" has a cat’s eye with a maximum heat of over 7,000, which is longer than the same period. According to media reports, Tencent video "Please! Don’t spoil me, the amount of the account broke through 30 million yuan, setting a new record for the account of micro-short plays …
Is the miniseries with such a strong momentum really a steady business? What is the real ecology of miniseries? Why do miniseries develop rapidly and form a scale? The Beijing News reporter interviewed Zhan Yali, producer of Mango TV’s "Damang Short Play", Bai Yiqi, founder and president of Linghe Culture, Lu Tian, head of the content of Shiershengxiao Media, and Du Hao, founder of sugar-free culture, to dismantle the road of micro-short play.
The ratings and word-of-mouth of "Missing Ignorance" are both fruitful.
-birth-

1. Short videos grab users’ time, and short plays emerge as the times require.
According to the "network mini-drama" section added by the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television in the filing system in 2020, a mini-drama can be defined as an online drama with a single episode of no more than 10 minutes.
If traced back by this standard, the 2013 mini-drama "Never Imagine" can be called "the originator of mini-short drama"-each episode is only 5-10 minutes, with a total of 15 episodes, but it attracts a group of young audiences with nonsense exaggerated plots and has been filmed for three seasons in succession. But at that time, the content of online students had just started, and there was no market environment for micro-short plays to pursue victory.
The "micro-short drama" recognized by most people in the industry sprouted from 2017 to 2019. In the past three years, short videos have risen strongly and users’ time has gradually been fragmented. According to the Survey Report on TV Drama (Network Drama) Industry in China, in 2019, users of short videos in China have spent more time than long videos for the first time. At the same time, long video content is frequently flooded, and 50 or 60 episodes of online dramas emerge one after another, which in turn pushes the audience to pursue compact narrative.
"Micro-short drama" is almost the product of the war between long and short video platforms to seize users’ time. In 2021, Aauto Quicker officially launched the brand of "Aauto Quicker Xingmang Short Drama", hoping to create more head-quality mini-short dramas, and provide a full range of monetization links for micro-short dramas by means of separate account awards, brand investment promotion, live e-commerce and commercial list advertisements.
Iqiyi, Youku, Tencent Video and other platforms have also begun to lay out micro-short plays. In 2019, Mango TV officially launched the "Damang Short Play". In Zhan Yali’s view, micro-short dramas are more focused on the main story and key figures. Although they are shorter than long dramas, they need to release more information in a limited time. "The long drama market is slowly normalized at twice the speed, and micro-short dramas are new products in the market."
Linghe culture is one of the traditional film and television companies that laid out micro-short plays earlier. In 2019, Bai Yiqi found that users stayed in short videos for longer and longer, and many people seemed to have "given up" chasing long dramas, because many long dramas could be edited into short videos. "Everyone has been instilled with impatience." Bai Yiqi said that content creation is becoming more and more "fast". Under the same unit time, users want to absorb more information and get more pleasure. It takes 10 reversals in one second to easily catch the audience’s eye. From this point of view, micro-short plays are indeed superior to long plays. "There are still very few miniseries on the market in 2019, but we think it may become a new model, so we encourage the team to develop and reserve the theme."

2, small and medium-sized film and television companies quickly realized.

In 2012, Lu Tian began to work in film production after graduating from Beijing Film Academy. In 2015, the concept of online drama became more and more popular. Lu Tian turned from a movie to a customized drama and a separate account drama, and served as the producer of online dramas such as Sword Dynasty and Three Thousand Crows Killing. Until 2019, after doing four or five online dramas, Lu Tian found that with the rising production cost and purchase price of online dramas, the market supply relationship of "decreasing and increasing" made the platform continuously reduce costs, and the profit margin and discourse power of the film were further suppressed. "Even if the river dries up, there is no stream to flow." In those two years, Lu Tian also became a deep short video user. In the era of quick realization of content, he began to think about whether it is possible to combine short videos with drama content to find new market development space. So, he joined the start-up company Shiershengxiao, and took Aauto Quicker’s online celebrity account as the publishing port, and began to deepen the vertical screen miniseries.
Lu Tian called Shiersheng Xiao a "small workshop"-there are only a dozen employees, and there is no huge capital flow. He is a representative of a micro film and television company. At present, a customized drama has to invest at least tens of millions, and a sub-account drama has to invest millions in the market. Such companies can often only become nameless victims in the competition of large companies. However, the low production threshold, low capital investment, quick shooting and production, quick cash return, and subsidies and financial support provided by major platforms have brought vitality to small companies: "We will make a small volume, and we will be able to open (the machine) about 1 million. Whether the money is paid by one family or two or three families, it is not a pressure. Moreover, we can split accounts with the platform, have subsidies, and return to the cycle faster, so that we can quickly realize the content and solve the problem of capital flow. " Lu Tian said.
Throughout the current micro-short drama production institutions, most of them are small and medium-sized film and television companies like Shi Er Sheng Xiao. The sugar-free culture created by Du Hao is even smaller than 12 liters, but he has successively launched works such as "Ignorance", "Golden stingy family" and "Don’t run wild with your sister". Among them, "Ignorance" achieved a two-way explosion of word-of-mouth viewing. Du Hao revealed that the trial and error cost of micro-short dramas is relatively low, and short and fast is the core advantage, which also contributes to the entry of other content ecosystems except traditional film and television companies into the micro-short drama market. "Micro-short drama is a product and business with strong vitality for a small company with us as a typical example." Du Hao said.

3. Traditional companies cut costs and find another way out.

According to the data of Detawen, in the first half of 2022, there were 2,859 miniseries that were planned and put on record in the system of the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television (that is, they entered the preparatory production period), and 195 miniseries were put on record (that is, they were ready to be put on the market). Among them, the number of filings in May and June exceeded 400, which has exceeded the number of miniseries filed in 2021. Under the sword of Damocles, the short play goes against the trend.
"In the current environment, many teams have no chance to shoot long dramas. If a company that has been committed to long dramas all the year round suddenly shoots short dramas, is it really innovation? No, many are finding their way. " Bai Yizhen said frankly.
Compared with the gradual cost reduction of the platform a few years ago, the clear "reducing costs and increasing efficiency" in 2022 accelerated the reshuffle of film and television companies. According to insiders, there are only about ten S-level projects that can be passed by the video platform after several meetings in the first half of this year, which is less than the pass rate of the previous meeting. Many film and television projects can only be put into the sub-account pool, and the company’s capital flow is greatly challenged. In order to reduce losses, some companies reduced their production costs, and some companies began to quickly lay out mini-plays.
Bai Yiqin also received a mini-short drama project book from a friend. The investment is less than one million, but there are five or six producers, each of whom has only tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of inputs. "Now a lot of people will do micro-short plays through financing. It is difficult to raise at least tens of millions and hundreds of millions for a movie or drama. But miniseries can only raise hundreds of thousands. Although most of the miniseries are lost, even if the money is lost, it will not be too serious. What is more important for some companies is that the business must move. At least one project is being filmed and funds can be circulated. " Bai Yizhen said.

1, 5 days shooting, 14 days later online.

In April, 2022, Lu Tian wanted to shoot a mini-drama "Hutonger" which is full of Beijing flavor and shows the life of Beijingers.
Poster of the miniseries "Hutonger".
Usually, the preparation of a miniseries will start with the cost. Lu Tian is expected to spend more than one million yuan on Hutonger-which he thinks is a more reasonable cost allocation in the current market. In the early years, the first miniseries "Mao Xiaoxu’s Electric Shock Life" filmed by Lu Tian once took the route of "holding high and hitting high", with 30 episodes and over one million investment. The machines used were also machines for making TV dramas. The play was well broadcast in Aauto Quicker, but it didn’t make a profit. In the past three years, after Lu Tian "lost money" many times, he found that it was easier to achieve a revenue balance by controlling the cost range of micro-short plays at 15,000 yuan a minute.
After the project of "Hutonger" was initiated, Lu Tian found Yu Zheng, a young Beijinger with millions of fans in Aauto Quicker, and invited him to be the leading role. According to the rules of "Aauto Quicker Xingmang Short Play" at that time, if the playing account meets the design of the play and the number of fans exceeds 1 million, it can participate in the sub-account reward, and the account with less than 1 million fans is more supported by traffic. "We usually choose the talent with its own traffic to star and broadcast it on his account."
Set up the cast and the script will enter the creative stage. Lu Tian revealed that the average creative period of miniseries is 60 to 75 days. After the script is finished, the crew can "seamlessly start" and the shooting period is 6 to 7 days. Modern dramas such as Hutonger usually take 6 days, while costume dramas take 7 days, which corresponds to a single episode of 2 minutes and a volume of 30-40 episodes.
But the hardest part is the shooting process. "Because our cost is low, we must find ways to save costs when shooting." Lu Tian said. First, save the scene cost. Lu Tian doesn’t like to shoot night scenes, especially in outdoor scenes such as parks. "Because we don’t have the money to drive the crane to make the bottom light, we can only find brightly lit places near the shopping mall." Secondly, save the shooting time and cost. Usually, the actors of miniseries have to finish at least 5 to 6 pages of scripts every day. But "Hutonger" and TV series "Summer in Zhang Weiguo" chose the same shooting location, and the scene cost was high, and the cost only supported shooting for five days. To this end, Lu Tian can only centralize the scene and let the actors shoot 7 pages of paper every day.
In the end, after five days of shooting and 14 days later, the first episode of Hutonger, which was only prepared for three months, was quickly launched in July 2022. "Sometimes the audience feels that if there is more money, the content will be good. But in fact, in the miniseries (we) save money and read the content well, and finally it is possible to make money. " Lu Tian said.
In the production of micro-short plays, "being quick and not breaking" is the most powerful martial arts school, and every short player is constantly drifting between "fast" and "province". According to the data of Detawen, in the first half of 2022, there were 37 miniseries that were filed and launched that year, of which 80% were completed within 100 days (that is, about 3 months); The shortest "The Cultivation of the Queen of the System" is only 2 days (it should be planned and put on record at the same time after the filming is completed).
Du Hao recalled that the actors of "Ignorance" had to shoot for about 16 hours a day, and every shooting day of the miniseries was very "precious". Even in extreme weather, they could not easily stop work. "Because shooting one more day, the extra cost is not small in the budget proportion. We must prepare two plans in advance and think of any remedy to ensure the cycle. "

2. The first six seconds were scratched if they were not good-looking.

The script is particularly important for the miniseries with limited production cost.
There are two golden creation principles of "the first six seconds" and "the first half minute" in the micro-short drama industry. "The first six seconds" is mainly aimed at short video platforms: its audience either enters with the mentality of watching a drama, or browses quickly and leaves quickly-once the audience’s eyes are not caught immediately in the first six seconds, your content will be scratched away instantly. "But if he can watch one or two episodes and is willing to access your account, don’t worry at this time." Bai Yizhen said frankly.
For example, Ye Mu, a mini-drama produced by Shi Er Sheng Xiao, tells the story of the unexpected death of the group boss half a minute before the first episode. Ye’s eldest son-in-law and youngest daughter are fighting for property at the funeral, but the eldest sister who should have died unexpectedly appears … "We don’t want to make a fuss about the first six seconds, but we can’t help it. Effective playback is high." Lu Tian said.
The long video platform emphasizes "the first half minute" more. First of all, it stems from the fact that its audience enters more with the psychology of watching drama, and is relatively more patient. Secondly, in the face of a 5-10-minute horizontal boutique mini-short drama, the story line is more complete and there is a link between the two, so it is more important to grasp the key points in the first half minute and leave the audience completely in the first three episodes.
Back to the specific content, the creative logic of micro-short plays is also different from that of long plays. Zhan Yali said that she had come into contact with some short plays written by long drama writers, which seemed to be "acclimatized". Long plays can build a complete multi-line story in 45 minutes, but short plays only focus on the main story and the ultimate characters accurately, and don’t even pay attention to complex logic. "Love is love, and points are divided." Many screenwriters of long dramas will lay many processes, and the pace of presentation will be relatively slow. " A screenwriter who didn’t want to be named took the recent "Daughter Maid" broadcast by Youku as an example, which tells the story that the daughter of a chaebol becomes a warlord who sleeps as a maid for revenge. This drama accurately focuses on the relationship between the overbearing warlord and darling daughter, a group of "forced love" characters. There are not too many other content branches, but it is attractive enough. "As long as the micro-short drama has super high topicality or coolness, find a precise point. Just enlarge it, do it to the extreme and get through it."

3. Divide accounts and support the realization mode.

The realization of miniseries is the most concerned topic in the current market.
Lu Tian revealed that usually, after a mini-short drama is launched, the capital can be returned in three months. Compared with a long drama that can only be returned in one or two years, the business progress cycle is shortened a lot. "Even if I am not profitable, the money is back. I can do the next one. At least my funds are working, instead of spending more than 20 months and then slowly returning to this. "
The profit models of miniseries are mainly platform customization, pure accounting and copyright purchase. In addition to customization and accounting, micro-short plays have many business models different from long plays. For example, people on short video platforms bring goods. Lu Tian said that when the miniseries bring fans’ voices and e-commerce resources to Daren, the filmmakers can negotiate in-depth cooperation modes, such as live broadcast on the day of the drama broadcast, so as to realize the conversion of clicks on the drama; Or the company directly signed a contract with Daren, and after the micro-short drama was transformed into Daren traffic, it opened up the back-end live broadcast and advertising marketing, and then realized multi-channel commercial realization.
It is reported that at present, the support policies of various platforms for micro-short plays are mainly to guarantee the bottom and separate accounts, but the gameplay is quite complicated, and there is also a clear "threshold" for novices who are "ready to move". For example, at present, the sub-account production mode of Aauto Quicker mini-short plays still takes talent as the core, and its rating is "S+/S/A/P". In the recent policy upgrade, Aauto Quicker has added an additional P-level incentive growth model without fan threshold, which is mainly aimed at excellent production teams who are unfamiliar with or have no talent system. The long video platform continues the traditional mode of split-account drama, which is evaluated and priced first, and then divided according to the effective broadcast volume, which also improves the requirements for the content quality of micro-short dramas. For example, Tencent Video classifies miniseries into S, A and B levels, and the unit prices of effective viewing time for member users are respectively 2 yuan, 1.5 yuan and 1 yuan per hour.
Bai Yiqi admits that most of the miniseries on the market at present are lost, and many companies just want to make sure that there is a project to shoot first. Lu Tian also said that in the micro-short drama market, the audience will lose money if they don’t watch it.
-the future-

1, from hundreds of thousands to millions, the budget increases month by month.

If we say that in the past, the cost of micro-short plays has always remained below one million, this year it has achieved "increasing month by month". Du Hao revealed that if the investment in "Ignorance" was put three months ago, it could still be considered a high cost, but now he dare not say so. In his view, micro-short plays are similar to big online movies, and they are all new products based on the development of Internet film and television. The entry of large film and television companies and the strong support of long and short video platforms have enabled the micro-short drama market to quickly achieve "involution".
Bai Yizhen believes that the current cost of miniseries is too low. "If you want to shoot a little bit of quality, the production cost of one minute (excluding actors) needs to be at least between 15,000 and 20,000; In the future, it can be 30,000-40,000 yuan, or even 50,000 yuan. After all, if you put 50,000 yuan a minute into a long drama, an episode will be 2 million, which is not high at all. " Bai Yiqin doesn’t even deny that micro-short plays may have a market of 100,000 yuan a minute. "If the TO C payment market is mature, a micro-short play will have more than 10 million users to pay, and if you pay a dollar for an episode, you can also run out of a paid profit of 100 million. Can the next miniseries be produced with a budget of 10 million yuan? In the end, it is still market regulation. "
It is reported that many platforms have lowered the production threshold, improved the dimension of cash rewards for micro-short plays, and increased other cooperation modes. However, compared with the cost, Du Hao thinks that the improvement of the threshold of miniseries is more at the content level. In his view, for users who are sinking, they pay more attention to the sense of content. Even if the production is not so sophisticated, as long as the content is excellent, they can still achieve huge traffic. But at the same time, there are also a group of audiences who care about the sense of experience, audio-visual effects and content depth. They hope that the production cost of miniseries will be increased and the quality of miniseries will be improved.

2. Large film and television companies enter the market and compete with small companies and MCN.

The entry of a number of large film and television companies has also intensified the competition in the micro-short drama track. In addition to Linghe culture, Shaanxi Wentou Yida Investment Co., Ltd., which has produced dramas such as Mr. Good, Little Parting, etc., produced Datang Snacks this year, which won tens of millions of accounts. There have been media reports that the subsidiary of Nothing But Thirty’s "Little Joy" production company, Ning Meng Film, has launched "From Divorce" this year, and the cumulative broadcast volume in Tik Tok has exceeded 220 million. Being in a startup, Lu Tian is happy to see big companies join in. "I think this is a very good thing. Because only the whole people pay attention to this matter, the track will become wider and wider. "
However, the fame, size and investment of large companies inevitably pose a "threat" to small companies; The insurmountable barrier between short drama and long drama also determines whether large film and television companies can go far in the micro-short drama track.
Lu Tian said that small companies have stronger mobility and better execution, and there is no complicated delivery system for large companies, which is suitable for such flexible and sensitive content as micro-short plays. "MCN can’t do miniseries, because there are no professionals, but professional film and television companies don’t understand short videos."
Micro-short plays produced by Lu Tian Company.
Bai Yizhen admits that the advantage of big companies lies in their production ability, but they don’t have enough accumulation in the creation of micro-short plays, and they are unfamiliar with the needs of users. "We all have our own long boards and short boards, and everyone needs time, but we need the market to develop more to drive revenue."
As a platform, Zhan Yali does not deny that the platform will have some traditional standards when choosing partners, but the miniseries are still very friendly to new companies and small companies. "There are thousands of books in our library, and the source companies are big or small, but the degree of homogenization is very high. For example, sugar-free culture is a start-up, with continuous high-quality content output and sincere cooperation mentality, which has enabled us to reach a strategic partnership. Therefore, miniseries do not evaluate a project from the company dimension. "
However, some people in the industry are still wary of the entry of large companies. Ms. L, who has participated in the production of miniseries, said that even if the head film company’s appeal for miniseries is not to make money, but to try new themes and form new product layouts, only actors and IP resources will be much stronger than small companies. "Including they will take some IP to the end and shoot a short drama, they will have strong enough influence. It can only be said that they are genetically different from small companies, and everyone will play differently on the track in the future. "
3, single drama payment, e-commerce conversion, new product implantation multi-mode layout

Before the release of "Fantasy World of a Floating Life" jointly produced by Tik Tok and Linghe, major platforms also threw olive branches to Bai Yiqi. "But we expect the miniseries to be truly TO C in the future." For example, when a film producer shoots a 20-episode miniseries, users can only watch two episodes and pay for the remaining 18 episodes. In the long video platform, users pay for the platform on demand, but short video or bilibili can make users pay directly to the account of the drama party. "I can know how much money I have received, and the platform knows that it is a clear profit. At present, TO C in Tik Tok has not been opened, so this time we can only do a data calculation simulation. If the road TO C goes through, it will be a completely different way of development for the production company. "
In the long run, many people in the industry are looking forward to the arrival of the era of monolithic payment, attracting more traffic with good content and breaking through the grading threshold of platform billing. In fact, last year, Tik Tok tried to pay for miniseries. For example, the first 40 episodes of Super Security 2 can be watched for free. From the 41st episode, users need to pay 10 coins (1 yuan) to unlock the whole drama, and they can also choose 40 coins (4 yuan) to unlock the whole drama at one time (the remaining 5 episodes). Single-chip payment is a market trend, but the lack of explosions and fine content has led the audience to remain in the position of small production, low cost and instant noodles, and the payment for micro-short plays has not yet formed a scale. According to the praise of Super Security 2, the lowest praise of the free part of the drama is around 30,000, while the average praise of the paid five episodes is only 7,000. The payment habits of micro-short drama users still need to be further cultivated.
In addition, more importantly, micro-short plays also need to open up the "content+"business model and realize diversified profit conversion in advertising patches, brand placement, e-commerce live broadcast and other channels. For example, Lu Tian expects to achieve multi-party in-depth cooperation with network experts, brand e-commerce and video platforms. Brands can implant their products into mini-dramas, which provide traffic exposure, and at the same time invite the starring talents of millions of fans to broadcast live on the video platform. In addition, the advertising attribute in the gene of miniseries can also be customized by brands. "We can’t always eat subsidies from the platform, and the subsidies are also capped. Next, we will help the platform make money. We didn’t have this awareness last year, and we will consider multi-channel content realization more this year. "
Du Hao is also very optimistic about the commercial prospects of miniseries. In his observation, big brands still focus on big variety shows and head dramas, but they need to bear the risks of long cycle, large fluctuations in broadcasting and being overstocked due to force majeure. However, the short, flat and fast mini-drama is the core advantage, although it is difficult to produce huge topic volume because of its small size and small size. "For example, if a new product is to be released in autumn, we can cooperate several months in advance, and the short period of micro-short drama can better help the brand achieve timely publicity."
Bai Yiqi plans to shoot the second season of "The Fantasy World of a Floating Life", striving to keep the content quality on the basis of reducing costs and being close to the audience of mini-dramas. Lu Tian is still trying to improve the content and cultivate a young creative team, looking forward to returning to the "ten-minute track" with a better miniseries. The platform is also constantly broadening the boundaries of micro-short dramas, trying to explore explosions in more themes. Zhan Yali revealed that Mango TV is trying to make short dramas with virtual themes, which is expected to be grafted with virtual technology. "The cost of long dramas with such themes may be more than tens of millions, but for short dramas, the cost performance is higher." Zhan Yali said that in the 1.0 stage of miniseries, most of the platforms cater to female users with themes such as sweet pets and love. In the current 2.0 stage, we have begun to try new themes such as suspense, sports competition and soft science fiction. "The future is about to usher in the 3.0 stage. With the regulatory attention of the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television and the continuous end of excellent teams, the micro-short drama market will usher in the process of improving quality, reducing quantity and shuffling. How many railways will welcome the first Spring Festival travel rush exam, which pass through your hometown?

BEIJING, Feb. 1 (Leng Haoyang) Today, the 40-day Spring Festival travel rush kicked off. According to China Railway Corporation, in 2017, a new line of 3,038 kilometers was put into operation, and the "four vertical and four horizontal" high-speed rail network was completed and put into operation ahead of schedule. This also means that a number of railways will meet the first Spring Festival travel rush exam. Which new railway lines will help you go home during the Spring Festival this year? Do these railway lines pass through your hometown?

Chongqing-Guizhou Railway: Chengdu-Chongqing Quickly "Hand in Hand" in the Pearl River Delta

Every year, Spring Festival travel rush, Chengdu and Chongqing are the key areas where it is difficult to grab tickets. This year, an important railway line in Spring Festival travel rush will give people in this area a more convenient choice to "go home".

On January 25, 2018, the Chongqing-Guiyang Railway was put into operation, which became a fast railway channel to connect Chengdu-Chongqing area and even southwest area to South China and East China, and then connected with the existing high-speed railway lines such as Guiguang, Chengdu-Chongqing and Shanghai-Kunming. A large-capacity transportation channel will help Spring Festival travel rush.

The Chongqing-Guiyang Railway leads from Chongqing West Railway Station, passes through Qijiang, Zunyi and Xifeng, and finally reaches Guiyang North Railway Station, with a total length of 347 kilometers. It is a double-track electrified railway with passenger and freight lines. Twelve stations, including Chongqing West, Luohuang South, Qijiangdong, Rushui East, Tongzi North, Tongzi East, Loushanguannan, Zunyi, Longkeng, Zunyi South, Xifeng and xiuwen county, have been newly built, with an initial maximum operating speed of 200 kilometers per hour.

At the beginning of the opening of Chongqing-Guiyang Railway, 66 pairs of passenger trains will be arranged, and the running time of Chengdu, Chongqing-Guiyang, Guangzhou, Kunming and Changsha will be greatly shortened.

Xicheng high-speed railway: the history of "difficult roads" has been rewritten.

Joining Spring Festival travel rush’s army for the first time this year is Xicheng High-speed Railway.

"It’s difficult to get through the Shu Road, but it’s difficult to get into the sky", which has always hindered the traffic development between the north and the south of Qinling Mountains. However, with the opening of the Xicheng high-speed railway, the history of "difficult roads" has been rewritten.

On December 6 last year, Xicheng high-speed railway was officially opened for operation. Xicheng high-speed railway leads from Xi ‘an, Shaanxi Province, passes through Ankang and Hanzhong in Shaanxi Province to Guangyuan and Mianyang in Sichuan Province, and connects with Mianyang-Chengdu-Leshan Railway at Jiangyou Station, reaching Chengdu, with a total length of 658 kilometers.

Xicheng high-speed railway operates at a speed of 250 kilometers per hour. The shortest travel time between the two places is reduced to 3 hours and 27 minutes, which is 7 hours shorter than the original shortest travel time between the two places.

The opening of Xicheng high-speed railway will greatly ease the pressure of Spring Festival travel rush between Xi ‘an and Chengdu. On the afternoon of January 31st, the reporter inquired about the train tickets between Xi ‘an and Chengdu on February 14th (the 29th of the twelfth lunar month) and February 21st (the 6th day of the first lunar month) through the 12306 client, and found that many high-speed trains still had tickets left.

Data Map: Last December 28th, with Shijiazhuang — The D1611 train from Qingdao North left Shijiazhuang Railway Station, and the Shijiazhuang-Jinan high-speed railway was opened for operation. The picture shows the first train of D1611. China News Service reporter Yujia Zhai photo

Shiji high-speed railway: Shanxi, Hebei and Shandong provinces realize high-speed railway connection

On December 28th last year, the Shijiazhuang-Jinan high-speed railway was put into operation, and there was no direct high-speed railway between the capital cities of Hebei and Shandong provinces. The last section of China’s "four verticals and four horizontals" high-speed railway network officially closed.

Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province and Jinan, Shandong Province are the two capital cities of Shiji High-speed Railway, with a total length of 298 kilometers. Its east and west ends are connected with Jiqing High-speed Railway and Shitaike Special Railway respectively, which enables Shandong, Hebei and Shanxi provinces to realize high-speed rail connection.

The line also connects with Beijing-Guangzhou high-speed railway at Shijiazhuang Station and Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway at Dezhou East Station, with 11 stations in total. In addition to Shijiazhuang and Dezhou East Station, there are 9 new stations in Shijiazhuang East, Gaocheng South, Xinji South, Hengshui North, Jingzhou, Pingyuan East, Yucheng East, Qihe and Jinan East.

At present, there are plenty of tickets for Spring Festival travel rush-Shijiazhuang High-speed Railway. On 31st, the reporter found that there are plenty of tickets for the trips between the two cities from February 12th to 15th before the Spring Festival and from February 20th to 22nd after the Spring Festival.

Data Map: The first G2028 train of Baolan High-speed Railway will run to Xuzhou, Jiangsu, a thoroughfare city of five provinces more than 1,500 kilometers away. Yang yanmin

Baolan High-speed Railway: Take the High-speed Railway to the Silk Road.

What kind of experience is it to take the high-speed train home on the Silk Road?

On July 9, last year, Baolan High-speed Railway was put into operation, with a total length of 401 kilometers, with eight stations including Baoji South, Tianshui South, Qin ‘an, Tongwei, Dingxi Northwest and Lanzhou West, with an operating speed of 250 kilometers per hour. Now, from Lanzhou, you can reach Xi ‘an in 3 hours at the earliest, and it takes only 8 hours and 20 minutes to reach Beijing.

Baolan high-speed railway is connected with Xi ‘an-Baoji high-speed railway and Lanxin high-speed railway, which have been opened to traffic, respectively, from the east and west directions. With the opening of this "last mile", it means that from Xi ‘an, Shaanxi Province, the starting point of the ancient Silk Road, to Urumqi, Xinjiang, a "high-speed railway silk road" with a length of more than 2,300 kilometers runs through the whole line, and the northwest of China is fully integrated into the national high-speed railway network, and the high-speed railways in eastern, central and western China have achieved full interoperability.

Similar to Xicheng High-speed Railway and Shiji High-speed Railway, the opening of Baolan High-speed Railway also eased the pressure on Spring Festival travel rush. On the afternoon of the 31st, the reporter found that on February 13th and 14th of the pre-holiday peak, and on the 20th and 21st of the post-holiday peak, there were sufficient tickets for the high-speed rail between Xi ‘an and Lanzhou, and there were also a small number of tickets left in the business seats and first-class seats of some trains from Beijing to Lanzhou.

Zhanghu High-speed Railway: Inner Mongolia Entering the "High-speed Railway Era"

People in Inner Mongolia can also take the high-speed train home in Spring Festival travel rush this year!

The first new high-speed railway in Inner Mongolia, Zhanghu high-speed railway from Wulanchabu to the eastern section of Hohhot, was officially opened for operation on August 3 last year. After the opening, the running time from Hohhot to Wulanchabu was shortened to 40 minutes.

Zhanghu High-speed Railway (Wulanchabu to the east section of Hohhot) starts from Hohhot East Station, passes through its Yingnan Station and Zhuozi East Station, and finally reaches Wulanchabu Station, with a total length of 126 kilometers and an operating speed of 250 kilometers per hour.

In the future, Zhanghu high-speed railway will also be connected with the Beijing-Zhangjia high-speed railway under construction, forming a fast passenger passage from Beijing to Hohhot within 3 hours.

Data Map: On September 29th last year, the first train K4518 from Lanzhou to Chongqing set off, marking the opening and operation of the whole line of lanzhou-chongqing railway, which took nine years to build. Yang yanmin

Lanzhou-chongqing railway: The northwest and southwest are more closely linked.

In addition to the above-mentioned Chongqing-Guizhou Railway and Xicheng High-speed Railway, there is also a railway connecting the southwest that will help Spring Festival travel rush and facilitate people in the southwest to travel.

This is the grand railway passage connecting the southwest and northwest of China — — Lanzhou-chongqing railway.

Lanzhou-Chongqing Railway passes through Gansu, Shaanxi, Sichuan and Chongqing provinces, one city and 22 cities and counties. It is a national I-class railway with double-track electrification of passenger and cargo. The main line is 886 kilometers long, with a design speed of 160 kilometers per hour, and 200 kilometers per hour is reserved for conditional sections.

Nowadays, the transportation distance from Lanzhou to Chongqing has been shortened from 1,453 kilometers to 886 kilometers, and the bus running time has been shortened from 21 hours to the current 12 hours, which greatly facilitates the travel of passengers between the southwest and northwest regions.

Jiujing-Qu Railway: Ending the History of Many Places Closed to Traffic

During this year’s stay in Spring Festival travel rush, people in Poyang, Duchang, Jingdezhen and other places will have a more convenient way to go home.

Jiujingqu Railway was opened to traffic on December 28th last year. It is a double-track electrified express railway with a design speed of 200 kilometers per hour. It starts from jiujiang railway station, Jiangxi Province and ends at Quzhou Station, Zhejiang Province, with a total length of 333.3 kilometers.

Jiujingqu Railway constitutes the auxiliary connecting line of Beijing-Kowloon and Shanghai-Kunming, which connects with Hefu high-speed railway at Wuyuan Station, plays an important role in connecting east and west and connecting north and south in the road network node, and is another convenient passage for Central China and Southwest China to closely connect with the Yangtze River Delta and the southeast coast.

With the official operation of Jiujingqu Railway, there are no trains in Poyang and Duchang, and it has become history that Jingdezhen has no trains. (End)

Yesterday (November 24th), at the branch of the 4th Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Development Forum and Awards Ceremony of Piloting "9+2" held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center, a group of guests gathered together to brainstorm and hold a round-table forum on the theme of "Cultural Heritage, Exchange and Mutual Learning" to discuss how to integrate into Greater Bay Area’s development and cultural heritage and innovation, and further promote Chinese culture to the world on the basis of Hong Kong.

At the sub-forum, Xu Qinsong, consultant of China Artists Association, Ma Haowen, executive chairman of Hong Kong Cultural Promotion Association, and Yao Jue, founder and artistic director of Hong Kong String Orchestra, held a heated discussion. They believed that the development of the Bay Area must complement each other’s advantages, strengthen cultural exchanges, inherit the profound and profound traditional culture of China, and be upright and innovative.

When it comes to the profound traditional culture of China, Ma Haowen feels the same way. He thinks there are many aspects to learn. In particular, the national "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan" now supports Hong Kong to build a cultural and artistic exchange center between China and foreign countries, and it is even more necessary to uphold tolerance so that all parts of the world can understand China’s excellent traditional culture.

Make good use of science and technology to break through the boundaries.

Greater Bay Area culture belongs to Lingnan cultural circle. The speakers not only analyzed each other’s advantages, but also talked about the importance of integration.

Xu Qinsong is very optimistic about the development of Greater Bay Area, pointing out that Greater Bay Area is an important base for scientific and technological innovation and a highland for dissemination, with good innovation and technological advantages. For example, the "2022 Hong Kong and Macao Visual Arts Biennale" held in Shenzhen last year is based on the theme of "Art and Technology", which is in line with the theme of Greater Bay Area and reflects the integration and innovation of culture, art and technology.

Therefore, Xu Qinsong believes that the future development of literature and art in Dawan District is not limited to displaying artistic works in a traditional and graphic way, but to make full use of the power of science and technology, expand its influence and go global. Ma Haowen is pleased to see that cultural and artistic exchange activities in Greater Bay Area are becoming more and more frequent. He mentioned the "Centennial Evolution" Guangzhou-Hong Kong Twin Cities Centennial Light and Shadow Exhibition, which was recently opened in the Hong Kong Central Library. He said that the exhibition shows the architectural changes in Guangzhou and Hong Kong under the lens of Greater Bay Area photographers, and the theme is clear and very meaningful. "When Greater Bay Area artists do the same thing, in the process of communication, they can collide with many sparks of ideas and help expand the breadth of promotion."

Yao Jue said that works are particularly important for the development of Greater Bay Area. "How to create more excellent works from Hong Kong’s excellent culture and go global? We often show Lingnan culture through strings in order to reflect the cultural exchanges between China and the West and then go to the world. " How do young people seek development in Greater Bay Area? She said, "Greater Bay Area is a family and can fully complement each other. Culture is inseparable from communication and experience. Hong Kong’s performance venues are limited, but if it is extended to the whole of Greater Bay Area, four concerts can be held in one weekend, which will be very helpful to young artists in Hong Kong. Similarly, music education in Hong Kong is very rich and can be promoted to the Bay Area. "

Combining with the trend of traditional culture to rejuvenate the face

China has a long history of culture. While inheriting it, we can’t ignore innovation.

Xu Qinsong pointed out the importance of cultural innovation. Taking the recent art space exhibition held in Andy Lau as an example, he praised the other party for jointly holding the exhibition with several artists, using their social influence to plan meaningful projects, putting aside their inherent ideas and being innovative. Yao Jue also said, "While innovating, we must also adhere to our profound cultural heritage."

Xu Qinsong even called on young people in Hong Kong to visit the Mainland more often. Only by truly understanding the traditional Chinese culture left by their ancestors can their thoughts not be restricted by the inherent framework.

How can we enhance our understanding so that people all over the world can understand China’s excellent traditional culture? Yao Jue shared his views with personal experience. A few days ago, she led the orchestra to perform in countries and regions along the "Belt and Road". She described that many foreign audiences at the scene listened to wonderful music and wanted to have a look in Hong Kong. They also liked Chinese excellent traditional culture more. "Cultural transmission is very important, and music promotes spiritual communication between people." Yao Jue said.

Name big data report: the phenomenon of "father’s surname plus mother’s surname" is quietly rising.

"That more than 300,000 people are called ‘ Zhang Wei ’ The era has gradually drifted away. "

The recently released name big data report "Panoramic Report of Names in 2019-First Quantitative Revealing of China People’s Naming Quality" (referred to as "Report") shows that the hottest names for newborns in 2018 are Zimo (male baby) and Yinuo (female baby); The most popular male baby names are pronounced as "y? ché n" and female baby names are pronounced as yǔ tóng.

The report also analyzes that the gender discrimination of "post-10 s" names is becoming more and more distinct, and the proportion of "men with female names" and "women with male names" has declined. In addition, since 2014, the proportion of newborns trying "new compound surnames" (father surnames+mother surnames) has also increased.

Names of the hottest boys and girls in 2018 Source: 2019 Name Panorama ReportIn 2018, the first hot names for boys and girls were "Zimo" and "Yinuo" respectively.

What’s your favorite word for baby’s name in recent years?

According to the report, in 2018, Zimo, Yuxuan and Haoyu ranked among the top three hot names for male babies, while Yinuo, Zihan and Shihan ranked among the top three hot names for female babies. In this year, the most popular male baby names were pronounced as "y? ché n" and the female baby names were pronounced as yǔtóng.

The most popular boys and girls in 2018 Pronunciation Source: 2019 Name Panorama Report The report also selected 2018 names "Word of the Year" and "Name of the Year".

The name of the boy baby is "Yi" and the name of the year is "Shengrui"; The annual name of the baby girl is "Tong" and the annual name is "Yu Tong".

According to the analysis of the report, "Yi" has the meaning of brightness and elegance, with positive energy and vigor. Many parents favor its name, hoping that the baby will be bright and bright. As for the word "Tong", the report said that unlike the "Red" and "Dan" that were crowded out by the brand in the 1960s and 1980s, the new generation of parents paid more attention to life and parenting, and placed a call for "burning" in their children’s names.

In the same era, the most popular naming words for parents are usually more similar. However, the naming of newborns every year also has its own characteristics.

According to the report, in 2014, the names of Junteng, Junchi and Zijun rose rapidly. In 2015, "Ziyang", "Muyang" and "Zipeng" were popular in the Year of the Sheep. In 2016, the Year of the Monkey was popular with "Zilin", "Yusen" and "Sen". The most remarkable new words in the Year of the Rooster in 2017 are a group of unique "Mijiajun": rice, grain, seeds and grains. By the year of the dog in 2018, the names such as "Xin, Xinyuan, Xinze, Jinzhe, Jinze and Jinhao" and the words "Xin, Qin, Xin, Xi and Hong" are favored by parents.

"The zodiac has a great influence on the people. As can be seen from the report, the biggest variable in the annual naming trend is the zodiac. However, the essence of the Zodiac is an animal chronology, not to say what year you were born, just like the Zodiac of that year. As for the name of the online zodiac, it is far-fetched. It is artificially fabricated and used to attract attention. There is no scientific basis. " Zhang Yixin, the publisher of the report and founder of Mingmingtong, said.

The Paper (www.thepaper.cn) learned that the basic data of this report comes from 43.4 million newborn naming intentions from 2010 to 2018 and some historical data before 2008.

The quality of naming is constantly improving.

What is the quality of naming in different times and regions?

"The macro measurement of the naming quality of a specific group has always been a difficult problem. For this reason, we have drawn up a measurement index — — Name concentration. The lower the concentration, the better the diversity of representative names, and to some extent, the higher the quality. " Jun Chen, founder of Mingtong, who led the big data analysis of the report, said.

The report shows that since the 1960s, the quality of newborn naming in China has gradually declined, and then it has continued to rise after reaching a node. Since the 1990s, the naming quality has increased, but after the 1990s, the naming quality has not changed dramatically. By 2017 and 2018, the quality of newborn naming will be significantly improved again.

The report also reveals the differences in naming quality in different regions.

In 2017 and 2018, Fujian and Shanghai were the best names for boys. The best quality of female treasure names is also in Fujian, and the other is in Guangdong. The western region, represented by Guizhou, Gansu and Sichuan, and the northeast region, represented by Liaoning and Heilongjiang, have poor naming quality.

According to the report, the factors causing the above differences are complicated, among which economic drive is one of the obvious reasons. In areas with rapid economic development and vitality, the greater the tolerance, the more diverse the population composition, which provides a favorable environment for the diversified development of names.

"The education level and cultural level of the people are rising, and the society is becoming more and more diversified, which will be reflected in the name." Zhang Yanxin said that compared with the first report released by the agency, which used the "hot name list" to guide people to pay attention to the phenomenon of duplicate names and the social and cultural phenomena behind names, the second report focused more on the in-depth and macro analysis of the quality of naming. With the gradual improvement of parents’ cultural literacy and ideological openness in China, parents are more innovative and diversified in their names, and the names of newborns are becoming more and more diversified, and the improvement of naming quality has become an overall trend.

The phenomenon of "father’s surname plus mother’s surname" has risen quietly.

The report also analyzes the phenomenon that women give their male names and men give their female names.

According to the report, the most serious cases of "men giving women names" and "women giving men names" were in the 1990s and 2000s, while the "gender discrimination" of "post-2010" names has become increasingly distinct. The proportion of "men with female names" has been reduced by half, and the proportion of "women with male names" has also dropped by a third. The trend of "more feminization" and "more feminization" that people are worried about does not exist.

Changes in the proportion of new compound surnames in China from 2014 to 2018 Source: 2019 Panoramic Report of Names "In recent years, we can also see a new phenomenon rising quietly and rapidly — — The first name is father’s surname plus mother’s surname. This is a phenomenon that reflects the improvement of women’s status and gender equity. " Zhang Yanxin introduced that the naming method of "father surname+mother surname" is also the content of the report.

According to the report, from 2014 to 2017, the proportion of newborns trying to "new compound surnames" increased rapidly, which doubled in four years, and the number of male babies reached 2.51%. The female baby also rose to 1.73%.

Geographically, Yunnan is at the forefront of the "new compound surname". In Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Northeast China, Shandong and Henan, the proportion of attempts has been lower than the national average for many years.

In view of the new compound surname, the report also found two special phenomena.

First of all, the proportion of boys’ new compound surnames has always been significantly higher than that of girls, but the gap between them has been narrowing. According to the report, this reflects that the concept of "son preference" still exists in the consciousness of some parents, but the degree is decreasing.

Secondly, from 2014 to 2017, the proportion of new compound surnames was rising steadily, but by 2018, the proportion of new compound surnames declined for both boys and girls. The report believes that this phenomenon is related to the change of the birth policy: with the full liberalization of the two-child policy, some open-minded families began to let one of their children take the mother’s surname directly, resulting in a decline in the proportion of new compound surnames instead of rising.

The "embarrassing phenomenon" behind the hottest four-word name

With the phenomenon of new compound surnames, four-character names also occupy a place in the present.

According to the report, the willingness of four-character names (including compound surnames and new compound surnames) from 2018 accounts for about 0.29% of girls (including compound surnames and new compound surnames) and 0.35% of boys.

Among the four-character names, the compound surname "Ouyang" is the most. Excluding the compound surname, in 2017-2018, the four-word name that parents of male babies remember most is "the glory of the king". The four-word names that parents of female babies remember most in the past three years are "Yangliuyiyi".

According to the report, "the glory of the king" topped the four-word list of men’s treasures, which was obviously influenced by the "online game craze", and "Wang" was the most popular surname in China, giving such parents more opportunities to choose such names.

According to the report, the four-character name of "Baby Girl" ranked No.1 originated from China’s first poetry classic "The Book of Songs". In 2016 and 2017, for two consecutive years, the "Chinese Poetry Conference" broadcast by CCTV set off a wave of poetry reading in the society, which also affected some young parents who are becoming famous.

However, the four-character name not only opens up the "naming the new continent", but also brings a higher challenge to the parents’ naming level: if the creativity is clever and proper, it can make people astonish. If you don’t grasp it properly, the proportion of disobedience will be higher. Such as "the glory of the king", "His Royal Highness the Prince", "Lamborghini" and "Xie Zhu Long En" are the representatives of a new generation of embarrassing names.

"It is understandable that the namesake wants to pursue a unique personality. However, if you don’t understand the role of the name in parenting and image-building, and you can’t control the words well, it is easy to go astray and turn the child’s name into a word game. " Zhang Yixin believes.
