　　On March 21, 2023, in Moscow, Russia, the Chairman of the Supreme Leader held talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin. President Xi pointed out that at present, the changes in the past century have accelerated the evolution, and the international power contrast has profoundly evolved. As permanent members of the UN Security Council and major powers in the world, China and Russia are duty-bound, and should work together to guide and promote global governance in a direction that meets the expectations of the international community and promote the building of a community of human destiny.

Instead, countries with different social systems, different ideologies, different historical cultures and different levels of development share interests, rights and responsibilities in international affairs, forming the greatest common denominator for building a better world.
