On June 30th, the "Green Energy and Smart Driving, Win the Future" 2023 Green Smart Mine Application Achievement Conference was held in Zoucheng, Shandong Province. The project is jointly promoted and operated by Honghe Baili, Yanzhou Sinoma, Yutong Mine Card, Yikong Zhijia, etc. It has become the largest demonstration benchmark of pure electric driverless operation in Shandong Province and achieved good promotion effect.
Li Jianyou, vice president of China Construction Machinery Industry Association, said that the release of the application results of green smart mines is a perfect combination of modern technology and traditional mining, a powerful display of the crystallization of cutting-edge wisdom under the wave of the new era, and it also marks that China’s driverless mining card has achieved a new milestone in large-scale commercial operation.

In recent years, in order to implement the national double-carbon strategy and achieve high-quality development, the construction of green and smart mines is stepping into the fast lane, and the new energy and intelligent application of mining equipment has become the general trend.
Mine card is often used in the tasks of rock earthwork stripping and ore transportation in mines, with short vehicle distance, heavy load and fixed route. For unmanned driving and electrification, this model has an innate "promotion advantage".
When most unmanned application scenarios are still in the exploration stage, unmanned transportation in mine scenes has ushered in large-scale commercial landing. Hand in hand with industry partners such as Honghe Baili Fushan Mine, Yikong Zhijia, Yanzhou Sinoma is aggressive and tries first, and actively introduces Yutong pure electric driverless mine card to empower the high-quality development of intelligent green mining areas.
According to the staff of Yanzhou Sinoma, the 20 pure electric unmanned mine cards invested in the early stage have been operated safely and stably for more than 100 days, with a transportation mileage of over 87,000 km and a transportation trip of over 47,000 trips, saving energy consumption costs by 70% and the attendance rate reaching 100%, realizing the strategic layout from the delivery of the first batch of vehicles to the full-line operation of multi-group unmanned mine cars, and creating an industry precedent for the operation of multi-group unmanned mine cars in the whole mine.
According to the plan, the project will continue to invest in 40 pure electric unmanned mine cards, make every effort to build the largest transportation scene of pure electric mine cards in China, set up a new model of green and smart mine construction, and provide benchmarking model and valuable experience for the low-carbon, green, efficient and sustainable development of mining equipment industry.
