The first category is natural person distributed photovoltaic power generation projects that have been filed and started construction before May 31, 2018 (inclusive) and put into operation in parallel before June 30, 2018 (inclusive). The on-grid electricity price of natural person distributed photovoltaic power generation projects in the "full grid connection" mode is 0.75 yuan/kWh, and the on-grid electricity in the "self-use and surplus grid connection" mode is 0.3949 yuan/kWh, which is subsidized according to the power generation.

The document emphasizes that the national compensation standard and payment method of natural person distributed projects that have paid the national compensation in accordance with the normal settlement cycle remain unchanged, and those that have not paid the national compensation funds, this compensation liquidation is in place.

In the second category, in addition to the above-mentioned subsidy policy before May 31, 2018, other natural person distributed projects with "spontaneous self-use, surplus internet access" mode and "full internet access" mode that were put into operation in parallel from June 1, 2018 (inclusive) to October 31, 2019 (inclusive) were included in the fiscal scale of 2019, and the subsidy standard for full power generation was 0.18 yuan/kwh.

According to the document, the national compensation fund for this kind of natural person distributed project is in place this time.

The document on the second page also states that the recovery period of state-funded funds for the above-mentioned natural and distributed projects is from the date of grid connection to December 2019 (settlement cycle). Since January, 2020, the above-mentioned distributed natural person projects refer to the settlement mode of distributed national supplementary funds for natural persons connected to the grid before May 31, 2018 (inclusive), and the national supplementary funds will be paid normally according to the settlement cycle.
