I. Information on criminal procuratorial work
(a) review the arrest and prosecution. From January to June 2023, procuratorial organs across the country approved and decided to arrest 316,000 suspects of various types; 265,000 people were not arrested, and the non-arrest rate was 46.2%. A total of 713,000 people were prosecuted and 265,000 people were not prosecuted, with a non-prosecution rate of 27.1%.
(two) the application of the leniency system. Among the cases that have been examined and prosecuted, the number of people who applied the system of pleading guilty and lenient punishment accounted for more than 90% of the number of people who concluded in the same period; Procuratorial organs put forward suggestions for determining punishment and sentencing, accounting for more than 95% of the suggestions for sentencing; The court adopted 99% of the sentencing suggestions put forward by procuratorial organs in the same period.
(3) Supervision and handling of criminal proceedings

2. Correct the illegal investigation activities. From January to June, 2023, procuratorial organs across the country put forward 194,000 corrections for illegal activities in investigation, with a supervision adoption rate of 87.8%.
3. Criminal protest. From January to June, 2023, the procuratorial organs throughout the country filed a total of 3,023 protests, and the courts adopted the protest opinions and sent back more than 1,700 cases for retrial, accounting for 76.1% of the total number of cases concluded.
4. Correct the illegal criminal trial activities. From January to June, 2023, the national procuratorial organs put forward 11,000 corrections for illegal acts in criminal trial activities, and the adoption rate of judicial organs in the same period was 98.3%.

From January to June, 2023, the national procuratorial organs improperly put forward more than 1,700 notices of correcting violations and procuratorial suggestions for "commutation, parole and temporary execution outside prison"; Put forward 80,000 corrections to serious illegal acts in penalty execution and supervision activities; 50,000 people were put forward to correct the illegal activities of execution outside prison; Put forward 30,000 corrections for improper performance of property judgments.

From January to June, 2023, procuratorial organs across the country handled 32,000 cases of civil effective judgment supervision, and put forward more than 5,700 supervision opinions, including more than 1,500 protests and more than 4,200 retrial procuratorial suggestions. The change rate of protest was 93.7%, and the adoption rate of retrial procuratorial suggestions was 75.1%.

From January to June, 2023, procuratorial organs across the country handled more than 9,100 cases of administrative effective judgment supervision, of which more than 60 cases were protested to the court. Court retrial changed more than 30 cases, accounting for 70.5% of the number of trials concluded. More than 170 suggestions for retrial were put forward, and the court ruled that 110 cases were retried at the same time, with an adoption rate of 63.2%.

Four, about the public interest litigation procuratorial work.
(1) the situation of filing a case. From January to June, 2023, procuratorial organs nationwide filed more than 108,000 public interest litigation cases. Among them, 12,000 civil public interest litigation cases and 96,000 administrative public interest litigation cases were filed.
(2) rectification before litigation. From January to June 2023, 11,000 pre-litigation announcements were issued in civil public interest litigation; In administrative public interest litigation, 69,000 procuratorial suggestions were put forward before litigation, and 96.1% of the cases were solved before litigation.
(3) information on the filing of lawsuits and judgments. From January to June, 2023, procuratorial organs nationwide filed 5,308 public interest lawsuits. In the same period, the court’s first-instance referee support rate was 97.5%.
V. Information on the procuratorial work of minors
(a) review the arrest. From January to June 2023, the national procuratorial organs approved the arrest of more than 9,400 juvenile criminal suspects, but did not arrest more than 20,000 people, with a non-arrest rate of 67.9%. In the same period, 23,000 people were arrested for crimes against minors.
(2) Reviewing the prosecution. From January to June, 2023, the national procuratorial organs decided to prosecute 14,000 juvenile criminal suspects and not to prosecute 18,000, with a non-prosecution rate of 56.7%. At the end of the trial, 14,000 people made conditional non-prosecution decisions, accounting for 42.3% of the number of trials concluded. In the same period, 27,000 people were prosecuted for crimes against minors.

From January to June, 2023, procuratorial organs across the country accepted more than 200 cases of civil judgments, rulings and mediation supervision involving intellectual property rights, and filed more than 150 cases of public interest litigation in the field of intellectual property rights.
