　　“红船精神”是我们党和民族的宝贵精神财富，是新时代坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的不竭精神动力。习近平总书记指出，开天辟地、敢为人先的首创精神，坚定理想、百折不挠的奋斗精神，立党为公、忠诚为民的奉献精神，是中国革命精神之源，也是“红船精神”的深刻内涵。“红船精神”所承载的首创精神、奋斗精神、奉献精神，是以爱国主义为核心的民族精神和以改革创新为核心的时代精神的生动体现，是培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的鲜活教材。

　　青年一代有理想、有本领、有担当，国家就有前途，民族就有希望。“红船精神”充分体现了走在时代前列的精神，也是党寄予青年学生的殷切期望。“红船精神”是具体的、历史的。高校结合时代特点大力弘扬“红船精神”，对于落实立德树人根本任务、教育引导大学生树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观，培养中国特色社会主义事业合格建设者和可靠接班人，具有重要的现实意义。在新时代的长征路上，要真正把“红船精神”利用好、发扬好、传承好，将红色基因嵌入每位青年大学生的灵魂深处，成为他们精神的归宿、前行的动力。

　　1. Insist on being the first to lead young students to play their initiative.

　　In 1921, the Chinese nation suffered from internal troubles and foreign invasion, and the social crisis was unprecedented. On a boat in Nanhu Lake, Jiaxing, Zhejiang, more than a dozen people of insight gathered together. They bravely stood at the forefront of social development under the banner of Marxist belief. Since then, this ship has set off a mighty wave that changed the history of the Chinese nation.

　　The spark ignited by this group of young people who are full of vigor and vitality, dare to do things, and create the world, has formed the potential of the China revolution to start a prairie fire, and has just blazed a bright road in the old world, profoundly changing the future and destiny of the people of China and the Chinese nation. It profoundly enlightens us that the younger generation should bravely shoulder the heavy responsibility entrusted by the times, aim high, keep pace with the times, dare to be the first, blaze new trails, stand up as the backbone of national rejuvenation with the spirit, and let youth shine brilliantly in the process of making contributions to the party and the people.

　　Innovation is the driving force of historical progress and the key to the development of the times. At present, Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era. Young students are the most dynamic and creative group in this era. They are full of innovative dreams and courage, and should be at the forefront of innovation and creation in the new era. Vigorously carrying forward the "Red Boat Spirit" means respecting and giving full play to the initiative of young students, educating and guiding them to realize the value of life through their own creation, and carrying the banner of innovation in the times with youthful passion.

　　Life never cares for those who are conformist and satisfied with the status quo, never waits for those who are not enterprising and enjoy the success, but leaves more opportunities to those who are good at innovation. For the sake of youth dream and Chinese dream, under the guidance of "Red Boat Spirit", the vast number of young students should have the spirit of emancipating their minds and being the first, the will to open roads on every mountain, the perseverance of seeking truth and being pragmatic, and strive to make breakthroughs, develop and see trees in their own innovation and creation, so as to echo the new era with innovation and creation.

　　2. Strengthen ideals and beliefs to inspire young students to work hard.

　　More than 90 years ago, a small red boat set sail on the great voyage of the Communist Party of China (CPC)’s ideals, beliefs and revolutionary spirit. In the stormy years, in the stormy revolutionary tide, the Communist Party of China (CPC) people never gave up their ideals because of the complexity of reality, nor did they give up their pursuit because of the remoteness of their ideals. They have been tested time and again without changing their initial intentions, and they have grown from small to large, from weak to strong, relying on rock-solid ideals and beliefs, the spirit of quenching into steel and the indomitable revolutionary spirit, and have pushed forward the revolution, construction and reform of China.

　　党的十九大报告指出，历史只会眷顾坚定者、奋进者、搏击者，而不会等待犹豫者、懈怠者、畏难者。它深刻启示我们，理想指引人生方向，信念影响事业成败，青年一代要坚定理想信念，鼓起信仰风帆，以永不懈怠的精神状态和一往无前的奋斗姿态，走在时代的最前列。

　　站在新时代的历史方位，面对新时代的历史使命，坚持和弘扬“红船精神”，就是铭记光辉历史、传承红色基因，教育引导青年学生牢固树立为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦而努力奋斗的理想信念，不断增强对坚持党的领导的信念、增强对党和国家的强烈自豪感。

　　中华民族伟大复兴，绝不是轻轻松松、敲锣打鼓就能实现的。我们必须毫不动摇地坚持用习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想武装青年学生头脑，使他们的理想信念建立在对新思想、新理论、新使命的理性认同和准确把握上，不断增强中国特色社会主义道路自信、理论自信、制度自信，文化自信。要以“红船精神”引领不畏艰辛、奋勇争先的精神状态和艰苦奋斗、顽强拼搏的优良作风，教育引导青年学生珍惜韶华、脚踏实地、勤奋学习、增长才干，用锲而不舍、驰而不息的奋斗成就属于自己的人生精彩，成为可堪大用、能担重任的栋梁之才。

　　3.坚守为民情怀 激励青年学生奉献无悔青春

　　历史是最真实的记录者。中国共产党从诞生那天起，就没有自己的私利，而是把人民的利益宣示于誓词、铭记于党章、镌刻于理想，始终保持着对人民的赤子之心和奉献情怀。习近平总书记指出，依水行舟，忠诚为民，成为贯穿中国革命和建设全过程的一条红线，也是“红船精神”的本质所在。

　　井冈山精神、长征精神、延安精神、西柏坡精神……以“红船精神”为发端的中国共产党精神谱系，进一步诠释了我们党为中国人民谋幸福、为中华民族谋复兴的初心和使命，揭示了我们党为什么会由弱到强，引领中华民族实现从“站起来”“富起来”到“强起来”的基因密码。它深刻启示我们，作为一个政党，只有把人民放在心中最高位置，才会始终拥有不竭的力量源泉和旺盛的生机活力；作为青年一代，只有扎根人民、服务人民、奉献人民，把人生理想融入国家和民族的事业中，才能最终成就一番事业。

　　Every generation of young people have their own opportunities and opportunities, and they must plan their lives and create the future under the conditions of their own times.
