The morning newspaper is super promising. WANG Kar-wai’s "Flowers" Hu Ge starred in the male lead "Kikujiro’s Summer" confirmed for introduction

Fresh information morning call is all in the morning newspaper

Tuesday morning~Recently, Beijing has always been shrouded in overcast rain, and heavy rain is expected in the next few days. A girl is here to remind everyone that you must pay attention to safety when traveling. Let’s say hard work to the heroes who still stick to their jobs in the storm and rain!

"Flowers" Hu Ge works hard to lose weight for the role "Turandot" Sophie Marceau joins hands with Jiang Wen Guan Xiaotong

It is reported that the new film "Flowers," which is produced and directed by Wong Kar-wai, will be released in Shanghai at the end of this month. Set in 1990s Shanghai, Hu Ge plays the male protagonist Bao, whose involvement with several confidantes will be the highlight of the story. Among them, he also has an affair with the boss lady played by Ma Yili. Before the launch, Wang Kar-wei also asked Hu Ge to lose weight to meet the needs of the character, so in recent months, Hu Ge has been working hard to exercise and diet to prepare for the new role.

Wong Kar-wai has arrived in Shanghai in early March this year to prepare the drama version and film version of "Flower". He hopes to complete the 30-episode drama version within half a year and meet the audience next year. The movie version will start after February next year. The male lead will still be Hu Ge, but the female lead may not consider acting in the drama version, but Wang Kar-wei’s request for the lead character still needs to be able to speak Shanghai dialect. Previously, it was reported that Hu Ge has connected with Tang Yan, a friend who is also from Shanghai, for "Flower", but the crew has not yet made a clear response. Recently, the "Flower" crew and the "Xinmin Evening News" published a "notice for finding objects", soliciting old objects related to Shanghai in the 1990s from the whole society, which has also attracted the attention and heated discussion of many netizens.

The trailer continues to look! Recently, the war fantasy film "Turandot: The Origin of the Spell", directed by Zheng Xiaolong and written by Wang Xiaoping, starring Guan Xiaotong, Dylan Spurs, Jiang Wen, Hu Jun, Sophie Marceau, etc., first exposed the poster of "The Spell Comes". The mysterious power contained in the "three-color bracelet" on the poster is surging in the dark. The Chinese imperial city and Western-style castle are shrouded in three-color bracelets, which can faintly reveal the monstrous waves hidden behind the calm, indicating an imperial war that is about to erupt.

The main cast of the film is shining with stars, "the daughter of the nation" Guan Xiaotong plays the princess Turandot, and the powerful actors Jiang Wen and Hu Jun star. The film not only has Dylan Spurs as the male lead, but also Sophie Marceau, who is known as the "Rose of France", performs it with love. The creative inspiration of the film is inspired by "Turandot", one of the top ten operas in the world. It fuses fantasy elements with content full of Eastern culture, and pioneers the "mystery of the three-color bracelet" to deconstruct the classic. I hope the film will be released soon, so that we can quickly appreciate the charm of this combination of Chinese and Western!

There are a lot of previews today~ A few days ago, the animated drama "Mirror · The Wind Rises in the Twin Cities" released the "Return" version of the theme poster and the "Entering the Mirror" version of the trailer. The top production and ingenuity restore not only ignited the enthusiasm of fans, but also amazed the original author Cang Yue. "Mirror · Twin Cities" is based on the first adaptation of Cang Yue’s long fantasy novel "Mirror" series, and will be broadcast ** video.

The overall style of the poster of the "Return" version is full of atmosphere, with blizzard gushing above the clouds, and the scene ready to go is a metaphor for the theme of the play "Wind Rises". Su Mo, who is in the center of the poster, returns to the Cloud Desolate with a cold expression, and the silk threads entangled between his fingers are the proof of his identity as a puppet master; behind him, the air-mulberry crown prince Zhenlan, who has been sealed for a hundred years, looks at his right hand thoughtfully, while the girl who has set foot on the Cloud Desolate Fairyland for the first time, Nasheng, nervously clenches the dagger in her hand to resist the unknown danger; below the screen, Bai Ying, the princess of the Bai race, closes her eyes and thinks deeply, and the puppet puppet Su Nuo has a strange expression. The expressions and movements of the five main characters are full of

Meituan comments on entering the 100 billion medical beauty market: saying it will strictly review qualifications and adopt a conservative strategy

Hyaluronic acid, botulinum toxin, water light needles, hair removal, skin management… Meituan Review (03690.HK) is entering the growing medical aesthetic market.

On January 22, at the Meituan Dianping Medical Beauty Industry Summit held in Shanghai, Li Xiaohui, head of Meituan Dianping Medical Beauty Medical Business Department, said in an interview with surging news reporters that there are many user pain points in the medical beauty industry, such as opaque information and opaque decision-making, so an Internet-based platform is needed to help users make better decisions and ensure the safety of medical beauty consumption. "Meituan Dianping is a word-of-mouth platform in everyone’s mind, and medical beauty itself needs users to comment on good and bad."

Meituan Dianping has been incubating the medical beauty business since August 2017. After more than a year of operation, the medical beauty business has become an independent business department from a sub-category under the original Beauty Business Department. It is reported that Meituan Medical Beauty Channel has achieved a 6-fold rapid growth in users and a 5-fold increase in the number of products in the past year. As of September 2018, it has covered 47 cities across the country and more than 1,600 cooperative merchants.

40% are young users under the age of 25, and 20% are male

Open the "Medical Beauty" channel of Meituan or Dianping App, and 400 medical beauty items are divided into 18 categories. Just one "facial filling" can find 10 small items such as rhinoplasty, forehead filling, chin padding, apple muscle filling, and aegyo saliva.

Here, you can quickly find the effect you want through the three dimensions of hospital, doctor or product. In some star brand beauty hospitals, there are already thousands of user experience reports as a reference. Many products provided by beauty hospitals have been simultaneously launched on the Meituan medical beauty platform. Consumers can pay in advance directly on the Meituan platform, and then pay the balance after arriving at the store.

Pull down the page, you can see a user diary, with pictures and texts recording the comparison photos before and after the experience. In addition, in the "Institute of Medical Aesthetics", you can see that nearly 30,000 users are sharing their medical beauty experiences.

The pictures in this article are all pictures of surging news reporter Yang Xinqian
According to the data revealed by the above summit, on the Meituan review platform, the trend of younger medical beauty consumers is obvious. Medical beauty consumers under the age of 35 account for more than 80%, of which under the age of 25 are the main users of medical beauty, accounting for 40%.

In terms of user data, women account for 80%, men account for 20%, and the unit price of male customers is not weaker than that of women. For anti-aging, botulinum toxin, hyaluronic acid and other products, users will buy multiple times.

Li Xiaohui said that the core of the Meituan platform is "eating, drinking and having fun", and the transaction attribute is high-frequency. At this stage, it is involved in the low-frequency business of medical beauty, which has the opportunity to deepen user value.

Industry data show that by 2020, the size of China’s medical beauty market will reach 460 billion yuan, and the growth rate will remain above 30%. However, the population penetration rate of the medical beauty market is only 2%, the market is still in the early stage, and the market is "mixed", fake drugs, parallel imports, unlicensed doctors, unlicensed clinics and other industry chaos still exists.

How can internet platforms ensure the safety of medical and aesthetic consumption?

Since medical beauty products are service attributes, not standard products, there are unsafe factors in several links such as drugs, institutions, and services. For Internet platforms, opportunities and challenges coexist.

Li Xiaohui told Surging News that Meituan currently focuses on "light medical beauty", and it is still a conservative strategy to "focus on medical beauty". The so-called "light medical beauty" refers to medical beauty projects that are relatively light in user decision-making, such as hyaluronic acid, botulinum toxin, water light needles, rather than breast augmentation. Li Xiaohui said that the order volume of "light medical beauty" currently accounts for more than 70% on the Meituan platform.

Relatively speaking, "light medical beauty" is also easier to achieve Internet-based. Li Xiaohui introduced that Meituan has special operation personnel to help institutions make products online, and at the same time track these diaries to maintain a certain update frequency. This is to form a closed loop for the entire transaction. Once there is a risk, the platform can also be traced back.

"Before Meituan did medical beauty, many users found it on the search platform, but in fact, users must hope to see on the platform whether this medical beauty institution has qualifications and licenses, whether its reputation is good, how users evaluate it, and whether it is safe." Li Xiaohui told The Paper.

At the investment promotion level, Li Xiaohui said that the platform will conduct strict qualification review. At present, the medical beauty institutions that have settled in Meituan Dianping are all certified, and the qualifications of doctors are open and transparent. There are several large-scale audit teams within the company.

Medical and aesthetic institutions settled in Meituan need "bright certificates"

Meituan announced at the meeting on the same day that the upstream medical and aesthetic drug brands and distribution agencies initiated the establishment of the "Genuine Alliance", which directly displays the authorization information of drug qualifications on the website, and opens the drug scan code verification function in the medical and aesthetic institutions to crack down on counterfeit and shoddy products. The first batch of partners include Ruilan, Huaxi Bio, Aierjian, etc. This can also solve the problem of opaque prices to a certain extent.

According to reports, Meituan Dianping also provides optional insurance services with an advance compensation mechanism.

"Fast and stable" to solve the battery anxiety of mobile phone users

– Exploring the quality code of Xiaomi’s ultimate innovation system for charging technology

Our reporter, Yue Qian

How to charge quickly is a must-have option in modern life, not only to be able to charge, but also as fast as possible. Xiaomi’s super fast charging technology has brought unexpected surprises to consumers: it only takes 8 minutes to fill a 4000mAh battery, enough to use normally for a whole day.

Xiaomi’s innovation has relieved people of the need to worry about running out of battery power on their mobile phones.

Imagine what you can do in the 8 minutes after getting up in the morning? Have a cup of coffee to refresh yourself? Simply stretch? Or take a shower? For Xiaomi’s phone, these 8 minutes are enough to power it up for the new day.

From the world’s first 120W wired fast charging technology to the world’s first 200W charging technology, Xiaomi has brought mobile phone charging into the "8-minute era", truly achieving a "qualitative change" in the charging experience, and allowing more and more users to completely bid farewell to power anxiety.

Behind this technological change is the ultimate innovation system of mobile phone charging technology launched by Xiaomi since September 2018. In just over two years, Xiaomi has completed the change from "chaser" to "transcendent" to "leader" in the field of mobile phone charging with the spirit of self-evolution, and once again verified the strong driving force of Xiaomi’s "user-centered" quality improvement concept.

The reporter conducted in-depth interviews with the ultimate innovation system of mobile phone charging technology to explore the quality code of Xiaomi’s charging technology evolution iteration.

Quality password one:

Driving technological innovation with user feedback

What is the driving force of technological innovation and quality improvement? At Xiaomi, this answer has long been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people – user-centered, with the ultimate goal of pursuing the ultimate user experience. For the research and development of charging technology, it is not only to make mobile phone charging faster and more stable, but also to make the charging experience better and cooler.

In the process of technological improvement, Xiaomi innovatively built the UIOCT system of charging technology. The system is based on improving the user’s charging experience, taking user feedback and pain points as the starting point and driving force for continuous technological innovation, and ending with the landing of new products requested by users. "For charging technology research and development, the user is the starting point and the end point" – this is the consensus of the charging technology team.

In order to truly understand the needs of users, the charging technology team collects user feedback and suggestions through various channels such as Xiaomi community, service system, customer service phone, etc., analyzes user pain points and makes improvements one by one. Many problems do not have ready-made solutions to learn from, and the team can only explore in the "no man’s land", through continuous trial and error to find the most satisfactory solution for users.

Can charging be faster? This is the common expectation of mobile phone users. Under the condition of existing lithium batteries, Xiaomi has created a multi-level progressive current regulation technology in the industry, which can refine the charging current step by step, effectively increasing the charging speed by more than 10%.

When charging, it generates heat, which is caused by the characteristics of the lithium battery of the mobile phone, and it is also a problem in the industry. Is it a detour or a face-to-face difficulty? Xiaomi’s engineers chose the latter and innovatively developed a dual-mode switching control technology, allowing users to adaptively switch the charging mode according to the usage scenario, effectively dispersing hotspots and bringing a better temperature rise experience.

Nowadays, in order to improve the battery power of mobile phones, mainstream manufacturers almost all adopt the "dual-cell" solution, but with it, the battery loss increases and the battery life is reduced. This is also the reason why users complain that "charging fast and falling fast". In this regard, Xiaomi once again broke out of the new track and innovatively developed the single-cell charging chip Surging P1, which makes the battery cell density higher and the battery life longer, achieving "both fish and bear’s paw".

In order to make charging more convenient, Xiaomi customized a fast charging cable. Considering that users may use other brands of charging plugs, engineers have carried out a large number of self-developed designs while also taking into account the charging compatibility of the cable. For all mainstream brands of chargers and mobile phones on the market, they have done technical tests. "This job is completely to make it more convenient for users to use." In order to solve the problem of incompatible charging plugs of a certain brand, engineers worked overtime until late at night for several days, and finally solved the problem, so as to ensure that users can enjoy a fast and stable charging experience no matter which charging plug they use.

It is worth mentioning that while solving users’ charging pain points, Xiaomi has also created a charging experience that exceeds expectations for users through technological innovation, and even changed consumers’ charging habits. Taking 200W second charging technology as an example, you can fully charge your phone in the morning, and you no longer have to worry about forgetting to charge. "Once you have this experience, you (users) can’t go back," the team leader said proudly.

Quality password two:

Establishment of an Interdisciplinary Expert Review Committee (TMG)

For a long time, the field of mobile phone charging technology has faced the "28 dilemma", that is, high-current charging time only accounts for 20% of the total charging time, but can charge 80% of the power; constant-voltage charging time accounts for 80% of the total charging time, and can only charge 20% of the power.

In order to solve the "28 dilemma", it involves charging solutions, charging chips, charging equipment and other departments and fields, each with its own technical difficulties and bottlenecks. In the face of new technical solutions, different departments will have different views. On the one hand is the solution to the problem that has been hard to come up with, and on the other hand is the latent risk that may arise. Should we continue or give up?

At the "crossroads" of technology, the cross-disciplinary expert review committee (TMG) built on Xiaomi’s organizational structure plays a key role.

Engineer Jiang Helin introduced that in order to break through the "28 dilemma", the Xiaomi charging technology team finally discussed and came up with the MI-FC solution idea of "increasing the voltage value of the battery and prolonging the charging time of high current" through dozens of brainstorms. However, increasing the voltage will cause risks such as excessive oxidation, resulting in shorter battery life.

Experts in different fields in TMG jointly review the technical solution from objectives, risks to feasibility, leadership and other dimensions. In the technical pre-research stage, TMG can accurately and quickly determine the solution; in terms of solving technical differences, TMG can upgrade the device pre-research to the whole machine charging pre-research, realizing from a single partial design to overall performance debugging, thereby improving the user experience.

Specific to the MI-FC technical solution, TMG experts anticipate that the solution is feasible and recommend that aging tests be carried out as soon as possible to verify whether there is a risk of excessive oxidation. After a series of work such as proofing and testing, the team spent more than 5 months to finally formulate a feasible plan. Due to sufficient pre-research, the plan was successfully transplanted to the device-level project, which greatly reduced the time required to develop the device and fully guaranteed the research and development efficiency.

Not only the MI-FC technical solution, but also the more than 800 patents applied by the project team are inseparable from the technical assistance of TMG. TMG comprehensively considers and evaluates various technical solutions to ensure the accuracy of the research and development direction and escort the overall innovation of mobile phone charging technology.

Quality password three:

The research and development of excellence

In the process of reaching the peak of technology, the Xiaomi charging technology team also encountered many difficulties, but every time they relied on uncompromising research and development determination to successfully break through.

Li Min, an engineer at the baseband technology department of the hardware R & D department, said that in order to achieve 120W second charging, Xiaomi specially developed a custom charging chip. But less than four months before mass production, the chip temperature was too high. "There was too much pressure at that time, but we had to find out the reason." Li Min said that Xiaomi has never been vague about the quality requirements of the product.

The team and suppliers sorted out all possible reasons from hardware to software, and the technicians directly entered the factory to conduct nearly a month of non-stop testing, troubleshooting problems one by one, and conducting 500 to 700 stress tests on each batch of new samples (under normal circumstances, only one stress testing is required). Finally, the yield of customized chips was reduced from the highest 1000ppm to less than 50ppm, fundamentally solving the quality risk of chips, and bringing the most advanced charging experience to the long-awaited users as scheduled.

In the eyes of the engineers of Xiaomi’s charging technology team, records are meant to be broken. After achieving the 120W second charging technology, Xiaomi continued to explore the "no man’s land" in the field of second charging technology and began the research and development of the 200W second charging technology.

In order to avoid the short circuit problem that may be caused by high-power charging, the team needs to minimize the thickness of the battery pole pieces and minimize the transmission path, which brings great challenges to the processing process of the battery pole pieces. To this end, the engineers started from various aspects such as equipment improvement and process improvement. After many tuning on more than 6,000 batteries, they solved many problems such as pole piece fracture and curling. Finally, they successfully developed a 10C pole piece with a thickness of only half of the traditional pole piece, which is about the thickness of a piece of A4 paper. "At present, only Xiaomi can do it in the industry." Jiang Helin said proudly.

Those who win are powerful, and those who win are strong. In the eyes of reporters, Xiaomi’s charging technology is already leading the industry. But Xiaomi is putting pressure on itself to compete with itself in the "no man’s land" and constantly surpass itself, which is very commendable. For industrial development, this "leader" is leading the industrial chain, supply chain and quality chain to achieve a comprehensive leap, promoting the high-quality development of the smartphone industry, and accumulating more positive energy for China’s manufacturing "quality revolution".

Ministry of Finance: Impose a 10% consumption tax on ultra-luxury cars in retail.

The industry believes that a consumption tax on luxury cars in the retail sector will not only reasonably guide consumption, but also increase fiscal revenue.

The Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation issued a notice yesterday, saying that in order to guide rational consumption and promote energy conservation and emission reduction, with the approval of the State Council, consumption tax will be imposed on ultra-luxury cars. This regulation will be implemented as of December 1, 2016.

Tax will be increased by 10% on the sales of ultra-luxury cars.

The notice pointed out that the sub-tax item of "super luxury cars" will be added under the tax item of "cars". The scope of collection is passenger cars and light commercial buses with a retail price of 1.3 million yuan (excluding value-added tax) and above, that is, ultra-luxury cars in the sub-tax items of passenger cars and light commercial buses. For ultra-luxury cars, on the basis of the consumption tax levied at the current tax rate in the production (import) link, the consumption tax is levied at the retail link, and the tax rate is 10%. The notice makes it clear that the units and individuals that sell ultra-luxury cars to consumers are taxpayers in the retail link of ultra-luxury cars.

10% consumption tax will not be levied on the sold vehicles for filing within 5 days.

For distribution channels, will the vehicles that have signed automobile sales contracts before November 30 be affected by the adjustment of the consumption tax on ultra-luxury cars? It is understood that for ultra-luxury cars that have signed automobile sales contracts before November 30 (inclusive), but have not delivered the real thing, taxpayers will file the signed automobile sales contracts with their competent tax authorities within 5 working days from December 1 (inclusive). According to the notice information, the retail consumption tax with the tax rate of 10% will not be levied for those who are filed according to the regulations, and the retail consumption tax will be levied if they are not filed and not filed within the prescribed time limit.

It is difficult to manage the tax after tax collection.

According to the information, when the consumption tax was implemented in 1994, it included automobile tax items. In the consumption tax reform in 2006, the automobile consumption tax was adjusted. It is understood that the current car tax items are divided into two categories: passenger cars and medium and light commercial buses. Among them, the larger the cylinder capacity of passenger cars, the higher the tax rate of consumption tax, and the tax rate ranges from 1% to 40%. Passenger cars with a cylinder capacity of more than 4 liters will be subject to a consumption tax rate of up to 40%. The consumption tax rate of 5% is applicable to medium and light commercial buses. The taxation link is in the production and import links.

According to industry analysts, a consumption tax will be levied on luxury cars in the retail sector, with the aim of reasonably guiding consumption and increasing fiscal revenue.

"The consumption tax collection link is changed to the retail link. The advantage is that the final selling price of goods can be taxed, and the tax base is obviously expanded, which can increase fiscal revenue and reasonably guide consumption, but the challenge is that the collection and management are difficult." The above analysis pointed out that the relevant departments took luxury cars as a breakthrough and imposed a consumption tax on the retail sector, which is also based on the fact that there are not many 4S retail stores in China compared with retail stores such as tobacco and alcohol, and it is relatively easy to control. This will provide experience for the next stage of other tax items to move back.

  affect

The actual impact on car buyers will not be great.

At present, the models with more than 1.3 million yuan are basically ultra-luxury car brands such as Bentley, Maserati and Porsche. In addition, some brands such as BMW X6, BMW 7 Series, Mercedes-Benz GL Series and Audi A8 have reached this level. Therefore, the influence of the new consumption tax policy is relatively small and fixed. But at present, it should not have much impact on the sales in this market.

China’s automobile consumption tax was established in 1994, and the latest automobile consumption tax reform was in 2008. The tax rate for passenge cars with displacement of 3.0L to 4.0L is raise from 15% to 25%, and that for passenger cars with displacement of 4.0L is raised to 40%. Reduce the consumption tax rate of small-displacement passenger cars, and reduce the tax rate from 3% to 1% for passenger cars with displacement below 1.0L This time, the tax rate will be increased by 10% for ultra-luxury cars with a price of more than 1.3 million yuan. This adjustment mainly affects the sales of imported vehicles.

According to the previous consumption tax policy, the tax rate of ultra-luxury cars is basically 40% high-end. Compared with the consumption tax of 40%, the current 25% tariff and 17% value-added tax have become small heads, so for luxury cars with a price of several million yuan, the consumption tax itself is an important factor to increase the difference between domestic and foreign car prices. Judging from the new policy introduced this time, an additional 10% consumption tax will be imposed on ultra-luxury cars with a price of more than 1.3 million yuan, which will not have a great impact on car buyers. In fact, many 4S shops will basically increase the price of ultra-luxury cars by 100 thousand to several hundred thousand yuan above the manufacturer’s guide price before they can pick up the car, and most car buyers also acquiesce to this.

Whether the purchase tax on small-displacement vehicles will continue to be halved is inconclusive.

In fact, in the automobile consumption, there is also an essential expenditure, which is the purchase tax. China’s automobile purchase tax rate is set at 10%, which accounts for a large proportion in the cost of car purchase. However, at present, China has adopted a preferential policy of halving the purchase tax for small-displacement vehicles of 1.6 liters or less, that is, it is levied at 5% of the vehicle price, which has played a significant role in promoting the consumption of small-displacement vehicles.

The preferential policy of halving the purchase tax on small-displacement vehicles has been implemented since October 1, 2015. According to the plan at that time, the policy will expire on December 31, 2016, which means that there is still a whole month left. Up to now, there is no official explanation on whether the preferential policy of halving the purchase tax will continue, and more is speculation from outside. It is also reported that various departments at the government level have different opinions on whether to continue this policy. Earlier, some media reported that on November 1, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Communications, the Ministry of Finance and other ministries and commissions held departmental meetings to study whether to continue this policy, but no news came out since then.

The data shows that the prices of 1.6-liter and below displacement models are mostly concentrated below 200,000 yuan. According to the current preferential policies, the purchase tax for bicycles ranges from 3,000 to 10,000 yuan. Once this policy is cancelled next year, it is likely to drive the sales ratio of models above 1.6 liters to increase in a short time. According to the data of China Automobile Association, in 2015, the sales of passenger cars of 1.6 liters and below reached 14,508,600, an increase of 10.38% over the same period of last year, which was higher than the overall growth rate of passenger cars and accounted for 68.6% of the sales of passenger cars.

"Dare to lend, be willing to lend, be able to lend, and be able to lend" financial "combination boxing" to protect market players

Si Haiying Zuo (Xinhua News Agency)

By the end of July this year, the loan balance of small and micro enterprises nationwide was 40.83 trillion yuan, an increase of 10.62% compared with the beginning of the year & mdash; This is the transcript of financial services for small and micro enterprises this year. Small and micro enterprises are the main components of the market with over 100 million households in China, and they are also the capillaries of the market economy. However, in the past, banking financial institutions were reluctant to lend, afraid of lending and unwilling to lend to small and micro enterprises. In recent years, the relevant departments have introduced a series of differentiated policies from the aspects of credit supply, capital supervision, bad tolerance and due diligence exemption, so that banks can "dare to lend, be willing to lend, be able to lend and be willing to lend".

Growth rate and number of small and micro loans in Shuang Sheng

This year, the first batch of supply chain bills in China, the first standardized bill for private enterprises, and the Suzhou Experimental Zone for Digital Credit Investigation of Small and Micro Enterprises … … In Jiangsu province, where the number of small and medium-sized enterprises exceeds 3 million and accounts for more than 90% of the total number of enterprises, these financial innovations have continuously broadened the financing channels for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Guo Xinming, president of Nanjing Branch of China People’s Bank, said that through the long-term mechanism and capacity building of "dare to lend, be willing to lend, be able to lend", the related work has achieved remarkable results. At the end of July, the balance of local and foreign currency loans of financial institutions in the province was 15.1 trillion yuan, up 16.4% year-on-year, and the growth rate was 1.8 percentage points higher than that of the same period last year.

In Sichuan Province, there are more than 4.8 million individual industrial and commercial households, accounting for more than 70% of the market participants. The People’s Bank of China, together with the Market Supervision Bureau and the Private Office, launched the "Financial Manna" action plan for individual industrial and commercial households, focusing on individual industrial and commercial households without loans, and carried out the cultivation of first loan financing; Promote the improvement of financing level for individual industrial and commercial households with loans. By the end of July, the loan balance of individual industrial and commercial households in Sichuan was 284.5 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 14.8%, which was higher than the average growth rate of various loans. The number of new loan households is 58,000.

"Under the guidance of supervision and the joint support of various policies, banking financial institutions have continued to increase innovation, and the credit supply of small and micro enterprises has shown a rapid growth trend." Mao Hongjun, the first-level inspector of China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission inclusive finance Department, said.

The data shows that as of the end of July this year, the loan balance of small and micro enterprises nationwide was 40.83 trillion yuan, an increase of 10.62% over the beginning of the year. Among them, the balance of Pratt & Whitney small and micro enterprise loans with a total credit of 10 million yuan or less per household was 13.91 trillion yuan, nearly doubling the balance compared with the beginning of 2018; Compared with the beginning of the year, the growth rate was 19.2%, which was 10.43 percentage points higher than the growth rate of various loans; The number of households with loan balance was 23,971,600, an increase of 2,852,300 compared with the beginning of the year, and the goal of "Shuang Sheng" in terms of growth rate and number of households was achieved in stages.

"Dare to lend and be willing to lend" adds endogenous motivation

In the past, small and micro enterprise loans often faced such problems. "Why are the grassroots institutions and personnel of banks reluctant to lend and unwilling to lend? Because it is not cost-effective, low performance or no performance. Why are you afraid of lending and afraid to lend? Because of the high non-performing rate and fear of accountability. Establishing and improving the mechanism of lending to small and micro enterprises is, in the final analysis, to solve the endogenous motivation problem of banks serving small and micro enterprises. " Mao Hongjun said.

In recent years, China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission has issued a series of differentiated regulatory incentive policies and guiding measures in the aspects of capital, internal assessment, risk management and due diligence exemption, so as to solve the problems of reluctance to lend and fear of lending.

For example, the differentiation of funds, that is, by guiding the internal capital transfer pricing of commercial banks to give preferential loans to small and micro enterprises, solves the problem that small and micro loans at the grassroots level of banks are not cost-effective. At present, national commercial banks give loans to small and micro enterprises at least 50 basis points in the internal fund transfer pricing, and some banks’ preferential efforts have reached more than 100 basis points.

In terms of risk management differentiation, the regulatory policy has clearly stated that the non-performing rate of inclusive small and micro enterprise loans can be higher than the tolerance of non-performing rate of various loans within 3 percentage points. In view of this year’s epidemic situation, it is especially proposed that commercial banks can appropriately increase the tolerance of non-performing loans to branches in areas seriously affected by the epidemic situation.

"These differentiated guiding policies and requirements, we have specially set indicators for assessment, in order to supervise the ‘ Baton ’ Guide and urge banks ‘ Make up short board and forge long board ’ Continuously deepen the construction of institutional mechanisms. " Mao Hongjun said.

Strong service skills of "being able to lend and lending"

"Dare to lend, willing to lend" is mainly a mechanism problem, while "ability to lend, will lend" is more a problem of ability, which requires the professional service ability of banks.

Focus on solving the problem of "no loans". In Sichuan, the People’s Bank of China supported corporate institutions to replenish capital through multiple channels, eased the constraint of capital on credit growth, and used the central bank’s refinancing to increase banks’ low-cost loanable funds. At the end of August, the province’s refinancing balance increased by 63.2% year-on-year. From January to August, banks in the province put 232 credit products into the market, including 71 credit loan products.

Improve the professionalism of banking institutions’ "meeting loans". In Jiangsu, banking institutions actively carry out financial product innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises, and improve the financial service ability of "direct access to small and micro enterprises". By the end of July, 107 banking institutions in Jiangsu Province had lent 101.2 billion yuan to 105,000 small and medium-sized enterprises relying on 230 online financial products. At the same time, actively promote credit models such as "accounts receivable pledge financing", "micro-loan technology" and "credit factory" to help small and medium-sized enterprises "increase their credit coverage".

For talents, technology, products, information, etc., the regulators also actively promote the professional capacity building of banks. For example, in terms of technology, big data is used to help solve the bottleneck of "lack of information and lack of credit". Let banking financial institutions widely connect with information and data related to enterprises in the public sector, develop big data risk control models, conduct customer exploration, access and credit granting, and accurately "portrait" customers. On this basis, we will promote the "small micro-fast loan" model of online processing in the whole process and centralized approval of risk control in the background, effectively expanding the service coverage of small and micro enterprises. Break 100 million yuan for 56 consecutive days

The summer box office has exceeded 17.3 billion yuan.

Every evening, major cinemas gradually enter the prime time of screening, and there is an endless stream of visitors in the cinema. Many people choose to come to the cinema with their families and friends to enjoy the summer time.

Since the summer vacation, films such as Disappeared She, In an Octagonal Cage, Three Wan Li in Chang ‘an, The First Part of Gods, and Enthusiasm have been released one after another, which has aroused emotional resonance and triggered topic effect. A noteworthy phenomenon is that, under normal circumstances, the box office will reach its peak in the first weekend of film release, and then gradually decline in the second weekend. However, many films released in this summer’s file still maintained a high attendance rate after being released for many days.

Yu Chao, Deputy General Manager of Capital Cinema:In the 14 theaters of our cinema, there are almost 80 screenings every day, which should be said to be full of firepower. Including weekends and prime time, basically these films are in a state of being close to full. We can see so many good films released and so many viewers can go back to the cinema to watch movies, and we are still very confident about the future film market.

According to the statistics of the National Film Bureau, in July 2023, the national box office closed with an outstanding achievement of 8.716 billion yuan, which greatly increased the highest record in the same period held in July 2018 by 25%. As of August 15th, the box office of summer movies in 2023 reached 17.37 billion yuan, with domestic movies accounting for 85.85%. The film market in China has exceeded 100 million yuan for 56 consecutive days. A series of data boosted industry confidence.

Film data analyst Chen Jin:This year’s summer box office peaked a lot earlier, and a large number of viewers’ willingness to watch movies was reactivated and recalled. More than 20% of the audience entered the cinema for the first time in the past year. Judging from the summer file, the recovery speed of the film market this year is very amazing. We expect that the box office of this summer file will reach a record high this weekend, and the box office of the whole year will also exceed 40 billion.

Zhang Yan, Executive Director of the Asian and Chinese Film Research Center of Beijing Normal University: The box office of the summer movie continues to increase, and it may break through to the second place or enter the first place in the same period, so this performance actually allows us to see that China movies have a full speed, or an explosion and an acceleration development in its heyday. On the one hand, they responded to the creative power of our China film industry, and their confidence in the film, of course, also responded to the audience’s demand for China films.

Diversified types and rich themes

Domestic films have obvious advantages in leading.

This summer, many domestic films triggered topic effect, paying tribute to Chinese excellent traditional culture in content and expanding the boundaries of genre films in subject matter, which stimulated the audience’s enthusiasm for watching movies, and the box office leading effect was obvious.

Although many imported films participated in the market competition this summer, domestic films have obvious advantages, with a market share of 85.69%, a record high. The benign interaction between China audience and domestic films also reflects the achievements of high-quality development of domestic films in recent years and the growing cultural consciousness of China audience.

The animated film Three Wan Li in Chang ‘an tells the friendship between Gao Shi and Li Bai from the perspective of the poet Gao Shi, with more than 40 Tang poems appearing in the film. With the help of the imagination of animation, the film presents the classic charm of Tang poetry which has been passed down for thousands of years.

Zou Jing, director of the film "Three Wan Li in Chang ‘an": Good animation works or good works of art, I think, can express people’s vigorous emotions pinned on this land and people’s breath and voice in this era.

Chen Caizhi, a researcher at the Institute of Literature of China Academy of Social Sciences:One of the biggest highlights of this film is that these poems are poeticized, one through specific scenes and the other through the perspective of characters. It is dynamic, it has a good kernel, and the content is of interest to us. It turns these calm and objective things into subjective ones, and the heat wave is rolling. The air in Chang ‘an and Luoyang in the whole Tang Dynasty is filled with the breath and taste of poetry.

From the prosperous scenery of Chang ‘an, to the poetic and picturesque moonlight in the south of the Yangtze River, and then to the Jin Ge Tiema in the battlefield in the border town, The Three Wan Li in Chang ‘an, which contains Chinese aesthetics, makes the audience feel the long history of Chinese excellent traditional culture and the meaningful charm of Three Hundred Tang Poems.

Xie Junwei, director of the film Chang ‘an Three Wan Li:Team China tells the story of China to the audience in China. We should explore the treasure house of China’s traditional culture. By combining China’s traditional culture with the spirit of the times, it can impress more audiences and resonate with more audiences.

The film "Feng Shen I", adapted from the classical literature "Feng Shen Romance", tells a mythical war more than 3,000 years ago, and presents "China people’s own mythical epic" on the big screen by using advanced film technology and contemporary interpretation. In order to resonate with the young audience, the film no longer focuses on Jiang Ziya to tell the story of King Wu’s conquest, but focuses on Ji Fa in his youth and tells the process of spiritual growth from the perspective of young people.

Zhang Yan, Executive Director of Asian and Chinese Film Research Center of Beijing Normal University:A traditional fairy tale is presented in a very heavy industrial aesthetics, and the whole image special effects are excellent, and it has a cultural style and characteristics of China, and the picture is very beautiful. We can see that our China films have reached an advanced level in terms of technical development, technical aesthetics and industry, which is of course an important dimension for our China films to enter the film power in 2035.

three

Traditional culture has triggered a wave of watching movies.

Stimulate the consumption of cultural tourism

Among the films released in the summer file, China story and China culture are more attractive to the audience. A number of films showing China culture with strong oriental aesthetic characteristics are sought after by the audience, among which the animated film "Changan Wan Li" is the most typical, and the film has gained a good reputation and a good box office.

In an interview with a cinema in Xi ‘an, the reporter saw that although "Three Wan Li in Chang ‘an" has been released for more than a month, there are still a lot of films. The staff told reporters that the venue was almost full on weekends, and many parents came to watch with their children, and many foreign tourists came to watch the movie.

Ms. Shi, a tourist from Jiangxi:I just want to appreciate the culture of Datang here and enjoy the atmosphere here.

Gao Yuyao, a citizen of Xi ‘an: At the screening, I saw some children reading Tang poems along with them.

He Zichen, a tourist from Sichuan: You still have to visit these places to understand this cultural thing.

The popularity of the film also directly promoted the consumption of local cultural tourism in Xi’ an. Many historical and cultural scenic spots in Xi ‘an have also launched special projects related to Tang poetry. In Huaqing Palace, a landmark scenic spot of Tang Palace cultural tourism, a non-legacy research activity with the theme of "Three Wan Li in Chang ‘an, Tang Shiyue Millennium" was recently launched. While reading Tang poems, teenagers are immersed in the profound charm of architecture, culture and art in the Tang Dynasty. Experts said that the successful creation of film and television IP is forming a benign interaction with the consumption of cultural tourism, which will play a good demonstration role for the future development of China’s film and television industry.

Zhang Ali, Dean of Northwest University Film Academy:Cultural tourism is the inevitable product of the development and promotion of film and television IP. After the cultural tourism promotes the development, it will also feed back the film and television in a benign way, so it is necessary to enrich and diversify the supply structure of the film. In this way, our China films, especially at the box office, will form a new blowout development, which will drive the related cultural tourism and the development of our overall cultural industry. I think "Three Wan Li in Chang ‘an" has a very good enlightening effect.

four

Key schedules have repeatedly achieved good results.

The future of China movies can be expected.

Since the beginning of this year, the box office of Chinese movies has always maintained a high level of operation, and the film market has performed well in many movie slots, including Spring Festival and May Day. Film consumption not only enriches people’s cultural life, but also makes positive contributions to economic and social development.

Take the children to see Three Wan Li in Chang ‘an to learn Tang poetry, take the elderly to see Put All Your Eggs to prevent fraud, and the whole family to watch Enthusiasm to embrace love … Many viewers said that the rating of summer movies this year seems to be less important. What is important is the topic effect they have produced, which makes China movies really enter the stage of "strong topic and strong interaction".

In the next summer, many new films such as "Learning Dad", "Missing Me" and "Burning Winter" will be released one after another, which will continue to bring diversified viewing options to the audience. Among them, the film "Learning Dad" focuses on the current hot topics in society, and takes the educational topic of "young to young" as an incision to discuss how to face the growth of children and self. The shell of comedy is wrapped in the core of family.

Statistics show that as of press time, the box office performance of Chinese movies in 2023 has exceeded 39.4 billion yuan.

Zhang Yan, Executive Director of Asian and Chinese Film Research Center of Beijing Normal University:In fact, China movies have been developing at an accelerated pace since the Lunar New Year in 2023. Moreover, our themes are richer, and our creators devote more works to launch, explore more types, explore more entertainment and commercial elements with incomparable enthusiasm, and more importantly, achieve a good balance between technical aesthetics and artistic aesthetics. So I think this is a very gratifying phenomenon. I believe that with the efforts of our entire filmmakers, including the further support of the entire national policy, and more on the basis of the enthusiasm of China audiences for domestic films, our China films will develop better and better. We also hope that at this speed and pace, our dream of becoming a movie power can be better realized.
