The General Administration of Customs and the National Development and Reform Commission and other five ministries and commissions jointly launched 19 reform and innovation measures in five aspects, focusing on local development demands and concerns of enterprises. The digital transformation of "smart ports" has continued to deepen, the "single window" of international trade has realized information sharing and business linkage between departments, and measures such as "direct delivery by ship" for imported goods, "direct loading at port" and "linkage loading and unloading" for exported goods have reached a scale level, such as "one big form" for cross-border customs clearance in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, this year; In July, 64,000 bills of lading and 52.89 million pieces of goods were declared.

Through the innovation of supervision mode, multi-local customs promote the upgrading of foreign trade industry and promote the sustainable development of new formats. For example, Shenzhen implemented the "air express line" for imported chilled aquatic products, Shanghai, Beijing and other places improved the "white list" mechanism for biomedical R&D drugs, and Ningbo pioneered the supervision mode of cross-border e-commerce export pre-warehouse.

Domestic and foreign trade goods are transported on the same ship in many places, which promotes the development of "double cycle" at home and abroad.
