Can Bao Yan be admitted? Three Mistakes in the Policy of Safeguarding Research

Will Baoyan be admitted? This is a concern of many candidates. For the students who have obtained the qualification of exemption, the probability of successful research is indeed high, but it does not mean that they will be admitted. Whether you can be admitted depends on the performance of the second interview.

First of all, let’s understand the conditions for avoiding students. If you are a graduate student in our school, then obtaining the qualification of the exempted student basically means that the research is successful. Because our school will select qualified students for recommendation according to a certain evaluation system, taking into account factors such as academic performance, scientific research ability and comprehensive quality. And if you choose to push away from other schools, you need to have more conditions and pass the second interview of the target school.

The conditions for exempting foreign schools mainly include the following:

1. The institutions and majors are eligible for exemption, and they belong to the fresh graduates admitted into the national undergraduate enrollment plan. This means that your school and major must meet certain standards, and you can’t be a graduate student, a second bachelor’s degree or an independent college student.

2. When the school formulates a comprehensive evaluation system, it will consider factors such as literature and art, sports and social work expertise. Therefore, in addition to good academic performance during college, you need to actively participate in some community activities and subject competitions to show your comprehensive quality.

To sum up, Bao Yan may not be admitted. Pushing students out of school only eliminates the initial test, but the second test is still necessary. Re-examination is the last examination of the students who have been exempted from school, which will comprehensively evaluate the students’ academic ability, scientific research potential and comprehensive quality. Therefore, even if you have obtained the qualification of exempting students, you can’t take it lightly, and you need to be prepared for the second interview.

For students who have not been selected by the school’s research quota, postgraduate entrance examination is another way to obtain postgraduate qualifications. Compared with Bao Yan, the admission rate of postgraduate entrance examination is relatively low, and it needs to pass a unified examination and re-examination. However, by preparing for the exam and improving their comprehensive quality and academic ability, you can also achieve the goal of entering the postgraduate stage.

To sum up, Bao Yan will not be admitted, but also depends on the performance of the second interview. Students who are excluded from the program need to meet certain conditions and pass the comprehensive evaluation system. For students who have not obtained the qualification of insurance research, they can choose postgraduate entrance examination to obtain a postgraduate degree. No matter which way you choose, you need to make efforts and preparations to improve your comprehensive quality and academic ability in order to realize your dream of entering the postgraduate stage.

Please read these 120 kinds of Class 1 (the highest level carcinogens) carefully.

On October 27, 2017, the International Agency for Research on Cancer under the World Health Organization compiled and published a list of four types of carcinogens according to their relevance to cancer. Class 1 is a definite carcinogen for human beings; Type 2 is limited evidence of carcinogenicity to humans; Category 3 is suspicious of human carcinogenicity; Category 4 is substances that may not be carcinogenic to human body.

There are 120 kinds of class 1 carcinogens, including alcoholic beverages, Chinese salted fish, processed meat, air pollution, solar radiation and smoking, which are closely related to people’s daily life. Chief reporter Lin Bibo

The explosion of the largest pharmaceutical factory in Russia has caused 5 deaths and 11 injuries. The last czar was founded, and the production increased due to the conflict between Russia and Ukrain

On June 20th, local time, a fire factory in Kotovsk, Tampov, Russia caught fire and exploded. According to the latest news, the accident has caused 5 deaths and 11 injuries, and the explosion has ruled out the possibility of terrorist attacks. It is reported that the factory where the explosion occurred is Russia’s largest gunpowder producer — — Tambov Fire Factory was founded in 1915 by the last Tsar Nicholas II.

  ↑ Incident scene

Maxim yegorov, governor of Tambov, said that the fire in the pharmaceutical factory was caused by human factors, and the accident was "not a terrorist attack". According to preliminary information, Tambov Firepower Pharmaceutical Factory claimed that the explosion occurred "during the installation and binding of the hot washing machine with pyrotechnic powder by a third-party contractor". The explosion caused a fire in the factory workshop, but the open flame was quickly put out.

Yegorov added that the explosion did not affect the nearby residents, and the factory "operated normally, the technical cycle was not interrupted, and production was not stopped".

It is reported that the injured workers are still receiving treatment in the hospital, and one of them is in a "very serious condition". Tambov Fire Factory said that one of the casualties was an employee of Tambov Fire Factory, and the rest were employees of the contractor. According to the local chamber of commerce, most of the casualties work in a contracting organization and are engaged in repair work.

This Kotovsk-based pharmaceutical factory is responsible for producing more than 200 kinds of military and civilian products. Its main business is the production of gunpowder for small arms, grenades and grenade launchers, artillery and mortar ammunition. It is one of the largest Russian manufacturers of gunpowder for small arms and artillery ammunition. Civil products include varnish, enamel, nitrile gloves and tumbler toys.

It is reported that due to the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, the factory has greatly increased its output to meet the needs of the Russian army and hired hundreds of new employees. From January to July 2022, the output of the factory increased by 34%. At present, the factory has 1800 employees, and it is estimated that by 2025, the number of employees will increase to nearly 5000. In January, 2023, the government of the Russian Federation passed a resolution on transferring Tambov Firepower Factory to Rostec.

According to reports, this factory had an explosion accident in 2016, which killed 7 people. In April this year, an explosion occurred in a pharmaceutical factory in Kazan. In February, a similar situation occurred in Cha Pajewski Machinery Factory, which produces detonators and explosives in Samara, resulting in one death and three injuries.

Consumer investment "two prosperous" sports industry trillion cakes to be divided

What is "internet plus"? How does it affect our life step by step? Simply put, "internet plus" is the combination of traditional industries and the Internet. Relying on advanced Internet technology, Internet platform and Internet industry chain, various traditional industries have deeply integrated the Internet with traditional industries and created new economic forms. Worldwide, internet plus has set off an upsurge of upgrading traditional industries.

In this upsurge, both large and medium-sized enterprises and small and micro enterprises are gearing up for transformation. When all enterprises are seeking transformation, relying on their unique resources, platforms and user advantages, large enterprises can often quickly connect with the Internet in a very short time. For example, Intime Department Store teamed up with Alibaba to build an online payment platform; Midea and Xiaomi married and launched intelligent induction air conditioning.

Faced with the transformation of large and medium-sized enterprises, some small and micro enterprises began to become anxious. The transformation of large enterprises is either a platform, a system or an industrial chain. They have rich resources, huge user groups and detailed data … which small and micro enterprises do not have. Without a platform, data, users, resources and internet marketing technology, how can small and micro enterprises transform?

Fortunately, the opportunities that the Internet brings to everyone are equal. Make good use of Internet technology to make the Internet the source of its own power, and every enterprise in the development of the Internet industry has the opportunity to achieve itself on the Internet.

This book is different from the previous books about "internet plus". There is no lofty theory or unreachable routine. It is all about concrete, operable and ready-to-use strategies for internet plus’s transformation.

In this book, I summed up my many years of working experience and practical experience in guiding small and medium-sized enterprises all over the country, and discussed in detail how small and micro enterprises can achieve themselves with "internet plus", and how small and micro enterprises and entrepreneurial enterprises can survive in the cracks when all walks of life are carrying out "internet plus".

Under the current situation, there are many entrepreneurial enterprises at home and abroad, with a large base. Faced with the opportunities brought about by the vigorous development of the Internet, many young people want to join in and break out of their own world.

Then, in the Internet age, young people want to start a business and small and micro enterprises want to develop. How should they do their own Internet marketing? In fact, as long as we make good use of some artifacts on the Internet, both individual entrepreneurs and small and micro enterprises can achieve good development.

Liu Pengfei, a young man born in 1980s from a poor mountainous area, discovered a business opportunity by an unexpected opportunity-selling Kongming lanterns. Kongming Lantern has a simple structure and almost no technical content. Liu Pengfei can do it himself.

After getting the salary of 1,400 yuan in the first month, Liu Pengfei fired his boss "Squid", and used 400 yuan to buy more than 100 Kongming lanterns to start e-commerce.

Through online inquiry, Liu Pengfei found that no one sold Kongming Lantern on Alibaba and China-made platforms, but there were merchants abroad searching for Kongming Lantern through Google search engine. Liu Pengfei thought it was an opportunity and began to make great efforts to produce Kongming lanterns. At this stage, Liu Pengfei found the first bucket of gold in his life.

In 2008, the number of manufacturers of Kongming lanterns in China increased sharply, and the competition was fierce. The major manufacturers started a price war. Liu Pengfei realized that Kongming Lantern must be promoted to the international market. As a result, Liu Pengfei introduced the "Flying China Lantern" to the world through Alibaba’s export link and Google search engine.

In August, 2008, Liu Pengfei accepted the order of 1.5 million Kongming lanterns from the third largest German retailer. He expanded the scale of the enterprise, which made the enterprise’s benefits grow by leaps and bounds again and again, and realized the soaring 400 yuan to 70 million yuan.

It doesn’t matter if you don’t have a platform, just use the existing platform. Without its own platform, Liu Pengfei, a young man born in 1980s, can still succeed in starting a business, which gives us profound enlightenment. In the Internet age, as long as you are good at using all available Internet resources around you, you can also succeed in starting a business.

What are the most available resources around us for small and micro enterprises and some individual entrepreneurs? Mobile apps such as WeChat and Weibo are indispensable in people’s daily life.

The pace of modern life is accelerating, and mobile phones have become an important part of people’s daily life. As long as we can make a fuss about customers’ mobile phones, we can attract customers to the maximum extent and complete the perfect connection between enterprises and the Internet.

How to make good use of existing resources to do a good job in internet plus marketing? We must master four modes and four stages of fan marketing.

What are the four marketing models in internet plus? It is a fan mode, a free mode, a mobile Internet mode and a self-media mode. None of these four modes requires enterprises to invest too much manpower and material resources, but the effect is obvious. For example, the sliding screen unlocking software means that by cutting into the user’s mobile phone, the mobile phone user can download other APP applications through sliding screen unlocking, and can get corresponding benefits, which greatly mobilizes the user’s enthusiasm for participation.

What are the four stages of fan marketing in internet plus? We often say "no fans, no marketing". In the Internet age, if you want to keep your fans, you need to do these four stages: First, get your circle of friends; Second, learn to run your own WeChat official account; Third, you must have your own APP;; Fourth, establish your own ecological circle.

Through gradual deepening and upgrading step by step, every start-up enterprise or individual can master the essence of internet plus, make internet plus’s theory and routines work for me, and do well in the Internet field.

The Panamera 4 E-Hybrid is highly efficient and versatile. Porsche combines the new E-Hybrid powertrain with a vastly improved 2.9-liter V6 twin-turbo petrol engine (224 kW/304 PS), resulting in powerful acceleration. The system has a power output of 346kW (470PS), a maximum torque of 650Nm, and accelerates from standstill to 100km/h in just 4.1 seconds, with a top speed of 280km/h. The Panamera 4 E-Hybrid has an all-electric range of up to 96 km (WLTP urban conditions).

The Panamera 4S E-Hybrid places greater emphasis on driving dynamics and sustained power output over the high revs range. Its 2.9-litre twin-turbo six-cylinder delivers 260 kW (353 PS). The system delivers 400 kW (544 PS) and a maximum torque of 750 Nm. This enables the Panamera 4S E-Hybrid to accelerate from standstill to 100 km/h in 3.7 seconds, with a top speed of 290km/h.

Compared to the previous generation, the all-new Panamera E-Hybrid model has achieved total excellence in terms of electric range, charging speed, throttle response and drivability. The new high-voltage battery has a total capacity of 25.9 kWh, which increases the battery capacity in the same space by about 45%. At the same time, the new 11 kW on-board AC charger can reduce the charging time to 2 hours and 39 minutes. With 140 kW (190 PS) power and 450 Nm of torque, the new electric motor provides significantly more power than the previous generation. It is also integrated into the housing in an efficient and weight-optimized way, and is integrated into the oil cooling cycle of the Porsche Dual Clutch Drive (PDK). The internal rotor design (the rotor rotates inside the stator) reduces mass inertia by 50%, resulting in an improved throttle response speed. With up to 88 kW of energy recovery, the motor power is significantly increased, which also contributes to a significant increase in the electric range of the Panamera E-Hybrid model.

Four optimized E-Hybrid dedicated driving modes and improved "Sport" and "Sport Plus" modes further optimize the efficiency of the E-Hybrid model. The vehicle is always started in pure electric E-Power mode. Once the battery level drops below a certain minimum, the system automatically switches to "Hybrid Auto" mode to adjust the working strategy according to the driving situation. In addition, through the active path navigation of "Hybrid Auto" mode, the route ahead can be understood, which can further optimize the working strategy. In this way, the proportion of electric driving distance in urban transportation can be maximized and the efficiency can be improved. To achieve this, the system uses both car data and navigation data.

In "E-Hold" (power hold) mode, the current state of charge of the battery can be maintained. On the other hand, in "E-Charge" (on-board charging) mode, the internal combustion engine charges the battery to more than 80% when driving outside urban areas, and the speed exceeds 55 km/h, while the Panamera takes advantage of the efficiency of hybrid drive in urban traffic. In "Sport", "Sport Plus" (sports upgrade) mode, Porsche reduces the target state of charge of the battery to 20% and 30% respectively (previously 30% and 80% respectively). This allows for increased efficiency without sacrificing performance.

The all-new Porsche Panamera models come standard with an adaptive two-chamber technology air suspension system (standard in China to be announced), including the Porsche Active Suspension Management System (PASM) with dual-valve shock absorbers. E-Hybrid models can also be optionally fitted with the innovative Porsche Active Ride system active suspension. This system optimizes traction, improves cornering performance and achieves a high degree of comfort. Each dual-valve technology shock absorber features an electro-hydraulic pump powered by a 400 V system that actively reserves power in the direction of rebound and compression. As a result, the suspension system can almost completely absorb body bumps caused by uneven road surfaces and keep the vehicle level at all times during dynamic driving manoeuvres. The shock absorber operates at a frequency of up to 13 Hz, which means that the shock absorber can be adjusted up to 13 times per second to respond quickly to the driving situation and the road surface. The technology also enables a number of innovative features, such as over-compensation for pitch and roll movements and elevation of the body when getting on and off.
