Alipay upgrades "Star Plan 2.0": Plus 5 billion public domain traffic to help businesses operate.

On December 16th, official news of Alipay’s open platform, in order to further help businesses reduce costs and increase efficiency, and lower the threshold of public-private domain linkage, Alipay announced to upgrade "Star Plan 2.0": on the basis of the original public domain traffic opening, two public domain positions, namely platform-level IP activities and coupons venue, were opened, and 5 billion traffic subsidies were added in the next six months to support the digital operation of merchants’ private domain.

It is understood that in May this year, Alipay launched the traffic incentive policy "Star Plan 2.0", and announced that it would subsidize businesses with over 10 billion public domain traffic for half a year to support businesses’ private domain operations. Up to now, nearly 10,000 merchants have joined the "Star Plan 2.0", and the efficiency of private domain operation has been improved through Alipay public domain traffic incentives. "Green Account Technology", a service provider engaged in the operation of small programs, revealed that it has launched public domain positions such as payment success pages through "Star Project 2.0" to help customers increase the order volume of Alipay small programs by nearly 50%.

After this upgrade, merchants can get incentive points according to monthly access increments after completing self-operation actions such as applet promotion and retention, and exchange public domain traffic at the core location of Alipay App such as platform-level IP activities, home page recommendation cards, payment success pages, search recommendations, and coupon channels for free. At the same time, this upgrade also supports the service providers in the Alipay ecosystem to sign contracts and put into operation, thus helping service providers to expand business opportunities and expand digital agency operations.
